Great company! Never had any problems using them.

theftglobal, no thanks

Never had a problem with them ordered loads of stuff and even had stuff repaired Ignore the haters

Any warranty? Chinese model or European/UK?

If you buy this note that there is no warranty so make sure you have phone insurance in case something goes wrong down the line.

hmmm..... do UK mobile phone insurance's cover repair/replacement of imported goods? The model number is different to the UK version - though the SPECS are the same.

Also around £110 extra VAT IF you get hit with customs?

Why again? Seriously NO. COLD. No warranty. No Customer service and too high a risk

Indeed sir, you have proven that the older deal was indeed pervious, let's see if this one is impervious.

Great price heat added.

To all the negative Nancie's and naysayers go and look at the deal from October HERE! with pages and pages of comments and everyone who offer getting one in good time, and no nonsense about extra fees etc.

I had my lg g6 break from eglobal central (my fault) and got it repaired from Nationwide insurance without issue.

They sent me a used phone with a marked screen and when I opened an RMA they told me that I had damaged it so it was not covered by the warranty.
The odds are that your phone will be okay but there is a risk with this company so it is better to be aware of that so you can make an informed decision.
Clearly from reviews on Trust Pilot I am not alone.

I bought mine a few weeks ago from eGlobal. Arrived within a few days with no problems at all. Don't get the ridiculous hysteria.

this isn't hysteria but actual fact, that if things go wrong, you have zero uk protection. The only posible one is with credit/debit card transactions over £100. Where as if you get the note8 from amazon (de or it) you will get full protection

avoid.

If you're worried about losing the money, buy it with a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, google which credit card companies are good with disputing transactions and suit your needs, Halifax example: halifax.co.uk/cre…es/

I work for Nationwide Credit Cards, and we have disputed transactions to Eglobal with ease for our customers whenever items have not arrived, or the incorrect item has been recieved.

Make sure you keep all evidence of communications with the company, including receipts/invoices and screenshots, these help in claiming the money bank from the bank of the merchant. Good luck!

Awful company to deal with. My £500 order from 22 Nov is still missing and they haven’t responded to any of my queries. Many people on Trustpilot with same issue. I’m now seeking a chargeback refund from my credit card company - have never had to do this with any other online company.

Will you have to return it in the event it becomes faulty 6 months down the line? I wouldn't hesitate buying something from China for £50 but at this price for most people it is not loose change to just take a punt.

I have said this before about this and other similar retailers - 95% of sales might go through fine as the product is still genuine but do you want to risk being in the 5% who after 2 months your phone breaks and then you have to courier the phone back to China (not cheap) to have it repaired under warranty as IT DOES NOT have UK warranty. Thats if they will even bother to be helpful then.

Got one in the Black Friday. After 10 days still wasn't dispatched. I cancelled the order.

Not worthy. I have buy in the past without problems, but things until 60 quid.

Reporting personal experiences of terrible service is to help others and is hardly hysterical; try getting a sense of perspective.
I'm sure the majority will be fine as has been the case with you SO FAR, but a significant number of others including myself have had a terrible experience.
It's not hard to grasp.

bought canon dslr camera and worked out well with them and now bought note8 and still processing for 2 weeks and not replaying to messages so opened case on paypal to claim money back.

I was looking for a Note 8 deal but £869 UK price seems steep. I was tempted with a ridiculously low price on e Global and on 25th November took the plunge. Today is 9th December and there is no indication of dispatch of order.I have emailed them on numerous occasions and no response. I have now gone through Paypal resolution and am praying I get my money back.

Moral of the story from my personal point of view - it's a false economy dealing with this outfit. Save up or wait for UK prices to go down. when I was researching this the lowest prices were always on Amazon.it including S8+ which was my other option.

Its £650 from their eBay store . But they only have the maple gold. Last time I checked

Lucky you - if it's brand new sealed unit then youve got a bargain as these are around teh £600 mark on eGlobal. I must have panicked - but I've recieved a refund so all's good. Just have to wait for boxing day sales to get a UK version.

I've bought from here before and not had an issue. I am looking to buy the Note 8 and had a few questions regarding the handset. I've tried FB (message & post) and several emails with no response to my question. This now makes me wonder how quick they would get back to you if you had a warranty/delivery issue?

Yes it is brand new - seal still intact and came with obligatory euro 2 pin to uk 3 pin adaptor. Topcashback even tracked at £21 so only paid about £560 total ... got UPS email on 6th saying delivery on 7th but never appeared so rang UPS on 9th who said they (eGlobal) have paid for shipping label but UPS have not received anything. Was going to give up and claim but it arrived on 11th via UPS. Will probably sell this Gold one (still sealed) as have also ordered grey one from Toby Deals which is arriving in the morning ...
