I bought a Mate 20 Pro from these guys - it definitely wasn't "New" - it had been re-stickered numerous times - though I sent mine back unopened as I ordered a Mate 20X from Amazon Warehouse.

Others were dissatisfied with what they received too, unfortunately.

Ah thanks for the heads up - I will check mine carefully when it arrives and will send back straight away if not as new.

Cheers for the warning mate. Was pondering this
I bought this with the older code at £425 which is annoying but I'm more concerned about the number of people receiving phones that are clearly not 'as new' condition at all. Mine hasn't been dispatched so I've mailed them to cancel because even if it's in good condition, I'm concerned what the actual history of the device is.

I'll be interested to hear any feedback of those who receive their Note 9's from this store.

A couple of new feedback comments have been left on the sellers ebay page regarding this deal saying all good and device is A1. Mine is due on Friday so fingers crossed it will be ok - I will feedback once I receive. If it is not as new, it will be returned.

I've received mine today and was expecting the worst due to the high number of HUKD users getting clearly second hand phones but I'm pleased to say the phone looks as expected in as new condition. The accessories are all present and in their original wrapping which is a good indicator on its own, I've not powered the phone up yet but I can't see any marks on the screen either. I've had a look to see if there's any way to tell how long the phone has been used for (similar to the good old *#war0anty# on Nokias) but there doesn't seem to be. At worst if it needs a new battery a bit sooner than others it's still a good price compared to others.

Fingers crossed your one is fine as well
Just received mine as well - phone is as new with no scratches on it at all but box was damaged. No plastic bits on phone that you peel off though, but the accessories are all still wrapped up. Just been onto Samsung chat who have confirmed warranty is until February 2021 so another 17 months - not bad.

Sounds exactly the same as mine so I think I'll go ahead with setting mine up.

Set mine up (except for inserting sim card). Quite impressed so far - a few updates, transferred data from old phone, lots of youtube and general playing around, including a few games, 3 hours 40 mins of screen on time and still 45% battery life left.

My Note 8 has been great but the battery has been dipping a lot recently and for this cost it's a good upgrade particularly when I'm disappointed with the Note 10+.
