More like one year with eGlobal. Sending back the phone to Asia and a bit of waiting. I'm not sure to be honest.

EGC 1-year warranty, but when buying from FE-based sellers, you need to be prepared to forego the warranty - because the process can be such a palaver & time-consuming you could lose the will to live!

Yes, bought this from them last Oct on behalf of a cousin. Came factory-sealed in quick time & been doing fine ever since. This particular phone from this company has been posted many times at HUKD, & yet to see a disappointed buyer.

We hope & pray we'll never have to use the warranty. If you go for it, make sure to pay with a credit card or at the very least via PayPal so you'll have some cover.

Did it come with 3 pin charger please?

No, 2-pin Euro charger, with a separate Euro-UK adapter included. Wouldn't recommend using adapters (from any FE seller) though, as they're very poor quality & dangerous. I bought a couple of original 3-pin Samsung chargers from eBay (one as a backup). Using UK-certified adapters is fine of course.

It goes somewhere in London when you send it for warranty.

Mine came with a three pin charger. Very happy with the phone. Bought quite a bit of gear from eglobal, never had an issue with any of the items bought
The page says the phone is in stock and usually delivers with 8 days. That's a lie.

I've placed an order and they haven't dispatched it as they have none in stock. God knows how long I'll have to wait

Once shipped it'll take atleast 5 working days, my order was dispatched on Friday @ 6PM so I doubt it actually got dispatched untill this Tuesday since they had a public holiday this Monday. I guess my order will arrive on Monday - Wednesday if there's no delays. Also you don't get tracking untill it's with the UK courier so don't expect it to arrive within 6 working days from dispatch.

It will be covered under a Samsung warranty somewhere on the planet, you'll have to investigate to find out where though!

It does though. What they then do with it is not what was asked - the original question or query was around having to send it back to Hong Kong.

Which you don't.

Do you need vinegar with that salt?

Sure, because sending to London and Hong Kong are the same. Well done. No wonder you got splinters while being shafted.
