Great deal...but heavy and Bluetooth issues...before you all start look it up. I bought one a few months back..took it back for that reason

Bluetooth issues, can you elaborate?
It doesn't link or loses signal...wouldn't not join with both out cars..drops outs constantly with my sennheiser headphones. It's a well known issue.
Got to say had no issues with anything with my Note 9 bar ultimate ears blast and that's more the crap UE app. Use android auto. Airpods, paired with Alexa and no issues. As a former 7+ and 8+ owner I don't think it's heavy. Great phone. Battery life isn't quite as good as I'd hoped but then i probably use it more then my iPhone as great media player and YouTube vanced!

Fair enough, tbh, that wouldn't put me off buying it personally, but I appreciate the reply

If direct from Samsung (mine is too) I'm sure they'll fix or replace it
Replace it for another one that doesn't work...sounds ideal.
Also..it's heavy period.
A phone that doesn't function correctly and you'd still keep it...no wonder they keep producing inferior products..geezarsz. diminished expectations.

I'm keeping mine because it's the only phone I've found on par with iPhone in terms on quality and finally software and had zero issues. iOS apps are all better then the same equivalent bar Google apps but actually found some of Samsung apps to even be better then Google (especially email) and from experience I actually now prefer one UI to any android skin bar maybe oxygen OS (stock android has actually got worse!). Zero issues and the s pen is amazing plus no notch, hole or stupid camera gimmicks (though using gcam for some photos as Samsung can oversaturate)
Apple the company who hasn't release one single solitary item.without a problem...Google it....deminished expectations strikes again
