You probably want to factor in 2 price increases over the 2 years too, that seems to be the latest trick to rip customers off when they are tied into a contract. Im thinking of going 30 day sim only after mine is up
If you go on mobile phones direct, you can get this deal for £23.50 a month after cashback

That looks great but the terms of the cashback are specifically designed to make you forget, I'd only suggest it to someone really dilligent about that kind of thing. Still a great find.

I totally agree with you. I've had to read up on it all before I pull the trigger, as long as you set reminders on your phone it's definitely do-able though and is extremely cheap compared to any other deal

Sorry, young newb here. What is cashback?

You call them up after 6 months to claim cashback? This doesnt make sense, it sounds like they'd be losing a lot of money like this.

Again I'm sorry guys, I'm young, dumb and I've got a bit of money now. So if someone could explain cashback that'd be really great!

I'm not entirely sure how they make their money on it, I do know though that they would prefer for you to not claim the cashback as they will obviously make more money that way.

If you use this link and go down to the claiming cashback part they answer your question there. You simply fill in a form on certain months of the contract and attached a pdf of that months bill and they'll pay the cashback to you.

As someone has already stated, it's quite straightforward to claim the cashback but the point is they often get enough people forgetting and that's how they make money.
I have had nothing but trouble claiming cashback in the past. With one company I had to go through the small claims court. I personally don’t think it’s worth the hassle.
Is this more powerful that p30 pro?
to bad is three, their signal is rubbish in my area
Feel like an idiot - I literally upgraded with vodafone about 2 hours ago, going for a Samsung Galaxy S9 with unlimited minutes, texts and data for £36 p/m. Surely this is a much better deal.

Luckily I get 14 days to cancel.

I was tempted by deals from Mobile Phones Direct but then clicked on the Trust Pilot link on the top of their website and was instantly put off. Lots of very recent poor reviews and someone specifically saying they reject cashback claims.

I suppose that's why they tend to be the cheapest of the big networks.

I got my wife a deal from these pages on a unlimited data deal for £10 per month X 24m, sounded great until she coudn't get data signal anywhere.
