Cold. X50 modem
I have had a terrible experience with Laptops Direct, I would never purchase anything from there again. Appalling customer service!

??? Enlightene please

X50 modem in this phone is a 1st gen 5G. The chip can only do 5g which means a separate chip is required for 4g and downwards. This requires more case space, more power etc. In addition these 1st gen modems can only do certain limited functions of the 5g service. The X55 by comparison, which will likely appear in all new 5G phones to market from now can do bandwidth aggregation combining frequencies (much like when the 2nd gen 4G chips came in). It also is contained on a single chip which also covers 4g and 3G taking up less space in the phone allowing more space for battery and consuming less power to boot . In a nutshell, wait.
Thank you Resonate
