Samsung Galaxy S10 Features
  • The 6.1-inch Infinity Display – Probably the S10's major selling point, the 6.1-inch display provides maximum viewing area for a small phone and stretches from edge to edge – a pretty dazzling piece of engineering efficiency. If you've been looking for a compact, affordable smartphone which manages to score well on the streaming and gaming fronts, this could be it.
  • Ultrasonic fingerprint detector – A new feature on the S10, this authentication system places the fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone (as opposed to the back), making it even more convenient to get it up and running
  • Triple lens photography – Previous Samsung models have featured dual lens photography, but the S10 ups the ante with a rear-facing triple lens system. Ultrawide, telephoto, and normal lenses combine to give you all the photography options you could need from a compact smartphone. And the front-facing selfie option is pretty capable, too, and its “punch hole” design takes up minimal space on the display.
  • Wireless Power Share – A really innovative inclusion, Power Share lets you buddy up other Samsung products (like their wireless earphones) to charge them without the need for mains connections. Just place items together for instant energy when you need it most.
  • Compact dimensions and low weight – Samsung have packed a lot of features into a tiny package with the S10. Weighing just 157g and measuring 149.9 x 70.4 x 7.8mm, it won't have a major footprint in your pocket and is ideally sized for handheld operation.
  • 3.5mm headphone jack – Sometimes, the best features are hold-outs from the past that still have their place, and the 3.5mm jack definitely qualifies here. Unlike Apple, Samsung hasn’t discarded traditional headphone. Instead, the Korean giant gives users the choice of standard jack or wireless connectivity, without making any serious compromises where design quality is concerned.
  • Industry leading speeds – Under the hood, the S10 blitzes its Android competition, only really being beaten by Apple's iPhone XS where speed is concerned. RAM has been beefed up to 8GB as well, while the battery pumps out enough juice to last “all day” - in Samsung's words.
  • Cutting edge connectivity –Samsung have updated the wireless settings on the S10, incorporating WiFi 6, which should set you up nicely to move between routers wherever you go. And it should also provide a handy speed dividend compared to older Samsung devices.

Great deal. I wish I had Vodafone signal at home. I wonder if the other networks would do a price match.
If this wasn't Vodafone I would snap this up.
+ £20 quidco cashback?
What's the speed like with the Red packages?

I ask because they do cap the unlimited packages, the "Unlimited Lite" is capped at 2Mbps, "Unlimited" is 10Mbps and "Unlimited Max" is the fastest available, but I can't see anywhere mentioning the "Red" plans

Ordered. This was by far the best deal around on a S10. And Vodafone (unfortunately) is one of the few that works here.
EE does not match it (upgrade). Offered 4GB, 2y plan, 29£ per month and 87£ upfront.

Just trying to do mine, did you get an option to transfer the number (PAC code) at any point? I've filled in all details, but haven't been asked anywhere about moving number :/

If I remember well there's the box where you will enter all the details before to pay.

Unfortunately doesn't show up anywhere throughout ordering process. Got to the final step - to enter card details to pay upfront cost, but nowhere before been asked to transfer number. Tried to ring mobiles.co.uk but they are not answering. Wonder if I would have to go via upgrade path? but then this deal doesn't show up what a shame.

I went for this deal for EE:
hotukdeals.com/dea…275

Managed to get £40.40 cashback through tcb on it too. Works out really close in price without having to go for Vodafone.

I don't remember anything about the PAC code but I may have overlooked it.
Is it necessary to do it now? I have a giffgaff sim now, when I'll get the phone I'll ask for the PAC code and then do the processes.
Does this red plan include Spotify etc?
Can anyone confirm if this will do wifi calling when bought through mobiles.co.uk I know it should as it is a supported phone and plan but lots of info regarding if it will work if not bought directly through Vodafone (presume ROM?). Thank you!

They do not match but called again and got 10GB, 2y, 31£ per month a 20£ upfront
Vodafone themselves had no interest in this deal, best they offered directly was £57pm 20gb, unltd texts & calls!! Also refused to give PAC code if I went for this deal, said I'd have to go PAYG for 30 days first :/

That is utter BS. Text PAC to 65075 you will get it in minutes. They can actually get into trouble for refusing to give it you.

As annoying as it is I think that is standard however I think the message is confused..my understanding is they could give you a pac code which is useable for 30 days but since you are with vodafone you could not use that pac to go back with a contract with them (that would be an internal transfer which they won't be willing to do). You could get pac, transfer pac to another network sim pay as you go make sure not a 12 month contract) then ask for pac code and buy vodafone deal, specifying pac to transfer number back (you are likely to have to spend a tenner to topup but would keep your number). I have had to do same with ee last year.

Gah that makes sense. I totally overlooked the fact it was Vodafone to Vodafone. I’m in the same boat now actually. Good to know there is a way around it, even though it’s a bit of a faff.
