I'm sure you'll get massively conflicting answers, I'll give you mine, I've ordered three phones from them now, and all three have came in 12 days with no hiccups.

I've yet to need their warranty cover, so can't comment on that aspect.

Was thinking of holding off for this but no headphone jack or SD card is a deal-breaker
Hmmm if I buy this now by the time I get bored of it Oneplus will have released a limited edition phone!
Can you stack the £5.99 coupon that pops up for your email too or does the 5% off nullify that deal ?

I'd go for snapdragon varient. Much faster and more reliable than exynos chip.
great price,

I suppose paying on a credit card will give some protection anyway. Might give them a go

I'm in the same boat. Can't complain of OnePlus 5T so far with excellent timely updates and clean Android.

But then....

I'm told the new Samsung UI is excellent, and the headphone jack+SD card is another temptation. I personally prefer a bit smaller phone which can fit in pocket. The cameras are also far better here.

Scratching my head and resisting the temptation to wait for OnePlus 7 pro!
Is the Snapdragon the better processor compared to the Exynos

Honestly the all screen form factor is the only pull factor for the 7 pro for me. I'm worried the hole punch on the S10 will annoy and distract me. Then again I know I can rely on Samsung and I really want the jack and SD card.
I have an S8 ATM with the new UI and it is indeed fantastic.
Box content:
-Galaxy S10 G9730 Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 8GB/128GB Dual Sim - White
- Cable

No headphones?
A flagship phone for a mid range price. Nice!
I'm really liking the snapdragon plus version of this so far.

Late today, caught in traffic?
in the states... you've given me quite a bit of catching up to do
Be warned - quite a few people have ordered this from eGlobalCentralUK over the last few weeks, myself included.

A number of people are now having issues with eGlobal saying that phones are being held up by customs (some for three weeks or more), with no communication other than a stock email.

It appears that for whatever reason, shipments into the UK are being seized.

For a bit of balance - a number of other people who've ordered in the same thread(s) have indicated that they've received their devices without issue, it's very hit and miss - possibly depending on what shipment your phone arrives on.

Having had nothing from eGlobal in two weeks, I'm about to start a s.75 refund process with my credit card company.
I can imagine alot of people jumping on this deal. Shame they're not upfront with stock availability.

Yeah, they are a bit ditzy in relation to that particular issue.

whats the score with customs/duty? do they send as a gift or is it pot-luck whether you get stung or not?

Mine was shipped from the US but Hong Kong version. No issues but I hope I won't have to comment on warranty issues.

Not sure if I should go for this or the Wow Camera one which includes Samsung warranty, albeit for a little more for peace of mind

Had an issue with a Samsung Note 8 brought from overseas and took it to 1 of the Samsung Experience stores.

They did a few checks on the phone & identified it wasn't a UK handset from the system software, put it on the counter and said NEXT

Samsung will never fail to give you a terrible experience
Will OS updated work without any extra work ?

Most companies will not touch grey imports and Samsung are no exception, it's one of the risks you take when you buy a non-EU device.

Yeah, I'd imagine so
