Samsung Galaxy S10+

The phone that doesn’t just stand out, it stands apart

Completely redesigned to remove interruptions from your view. No notch, no distractions. Precise laser cutting, on-screen security, and a Dynamic AMOLED that's easy on the eyes make the Infinity-O Display the most innovative Galaxy screen yet.

24-Hour Intelligent Battery to power you all day long.

Galaxy S10+ learn your daily routine and usage patterns, powering down apps you don't need. Also, Adaptive Power Saving Mode manages your battery life based on the prediction of your day.

Wireless PowerShare gives you the power to share.

We've engineered Galaxy S10+ to charge Qi-certified devices and some Samsung wearable devices like a wireless charger. Simply place the device on top of your phone — no cables necessary. Use it to power up your friend's phone, or charge your earbuds on the go.

TBF you cant expect UK level customer service when you will make a saving of close to £300 (on this deal) by paying for imported device which most likely avoided VAT.
On your case, you could have tried Paypal dispute if it was under 90 days? Ignore, saw your message.

Yes, I'd love to know. That really disgusting of eglobalcentral. Sorry to hear about your experience. Put me off them completely after reading your experience. I would say send all your evidence to PayPal by mail backed up with a letter and see what comes of it....

Yeah, this is like reading a novel and finding the last page is missing!!

I did, missed the deadline by a few days

Here we go again... get a life.
thats cheeeep!

if it breaks just sell it on as spares or get it repaired better than paying silly UK tax with lowly exyonos

I'd bite at the 525 the Exynos version is listed at but I'd rather have the Snapdragon. The SD was 525 early last week but they raised it for some reason.

In the end had to accept vouchers to spend on their website on stuff I didn't want that I then had to sell on eBay

The experience you had really put me off, especially the way they handled your situation. I'm really disappointed with their responses, it's really unprofessional and unacceptable to say the least.
99iainb22/04/2019 21:38

On yer bike

I think I'll take my 99 M3 out for a spin tonight instead, but thanks for the mention I'll pick up a Kawa by the end of the year, fancy me on that, too? Must be hard being out a measly £500 or so... Shall I set up a Go Fund me page for you?

There's a minimum standard companies should reach and these fell well short for me
