GRADE A+ - PRISTINE - In the original box, with the original accessories and our 12 month warranty, the device is pristine.

GRADE A - PRISTINE - A pristine device with our 12 month warranty. Sent in our awesome recycled packaging (see below).

GRADE B - EXCELLENT - A used device but in excellent condition, it literally has a couple of minor marks and comes in our own recycled packaging (see below) along with our 12 month warranty. Most customers are pleasantly surprised with our Grade B devices. Read some reviews about them here.

GRADE C - GOOD - A device in average used condition. Ideal for kids (or clumsy adults!!) who are likely to bump and scratch the device anyway! If you’re not happy with the condition you can always return the device at no cost using our 14 day no quibble returns policy. As with grades A and B it comes in our own recycled packaging (see below) with our 12 month warranty!

The ceramic white 1tb version for £580 seems a better deal
Which one for £429 and who has purchased from here before ? Are they trust worthy
I have bought from them before. Definitely trust worthy
I take it zero warranty?
They offer a 6 month warranty but also Samsung warranty is 2 years. Given that these phones have only been out less than 1 year you will likely get the remaining 1 year + of the manufacturer warranty
cold!
a direct correlation match against historic pricing, being based against previous iterations - proforma this should be around the £350 mark!

No original proof of purchase, no warranty.
I'd never pay that much for a used/refurbished phone from a mass dealer, only from a private seller. With dealers, you never know which parts could've been replaced with lesser quality unoriginal ones. They could buy destroyed phones with cracked screens, faulty batteries etc and replace the parts.

But refurbs are far more likely to go faulty as theres a very high chance they are mistreated devices only with unoriginal parts on the outside. 2 things which will definitely lead to reliability issues. If you buy carefully and find a private seller selling an actual like new device it is likely to be better quality and last longer.

A manufacturer refurb is often more reliable than the new item as its been tested etc.
Phones from the likes of Music Magpie are peoples phones that they've sold to MM. The same you'd buy from a private seller. There's no guarantee with a private seller it hasn't had anything done to it or was originally a refurb. And if it goes wrong that's your loss.

No refurb is more reliable than a new phone, they are refurbished due to having faults. Pick a private seller carefully and you'll know you're getting a device which was never tampered with. If you're ok not being sure if your phone has an original screen, original battery and might've been smashed to pieces at 1 point in its life, then theres no problem buying from a place like smartfonestore
