I got one of these pristine open box blah blah blah, it was a note 10 plus, and it had scratches on the bezels, luckily it had an protector on it, otherwise it wouldn't have been pristine.
A few dodgy experiences about this company have been posted on other threads.
Does anyone know if these are UK / EU models?
Any Samsung warranty on these?
Anyone got positive feedback when they have had an issue with this company?

They accepted my return without hassle, sent me an apology email, and had my refund a day after returning.

I've done a lot of research about warranty when buying from eBay sellers and the outcome is: warranty is dependant on the seller honouring the manufacturer warranty.

Good to hear .. Thanks .
@MrSwitch 'Brand New' S10e's available from the same seller for £429 but using todays ebay code takes it down to £355. Is it worth buying now or waiting for the S20 to drop for further S10 price reductions? Is this a good deal...

Ordered one which was advertised as new. The box was opened and it had a US charger, and Verizon flashed on screen when I turned it on so I'm guessing it's a North American model. Box says 970U. Also was covered in fingerprints and a glass screen protector had been poorly applied. I'm sending back for a refund, don't waste your time.
Benefit of North American model is Snapdragon chip.
