£515.79 on Amazon.es.
A fair saving on UK
mi mix3 nearly same phone just +/-£100 cheaper because its not Samsung ..
I've never bought a phone from another country, should I hold off until these become cheaper in the UK or would I be mad not to take this deal

I bought the 310e from argos for £340.
Yes... good deals pop up.
And is it any better than my old s7 edge????
Nope. A bit, if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket.
I wouldn't buy abroad.

I had a normal s7, now have a pixel 3a, purely because it was to replace the s7 and it was cheap at the time, I wanted the s10e when it came out but it was a ridiculous price to buy sim free, would never pay for a flagship brand new, I'd spend up to £400 for an s10e but preferably UK and brand new

I'm not sure about these cheap Chinese phones, this pixel 3a feels very cheap in the hand and it's obviously made by a big name, samsung has always felt premium in my opinion, even picking up and holding my old s7 i can tell the difference between a phone that was once a flagship and my now budget Google phone

That's a different phone to this too, is this a hard concept?

I did the same, got from Argos deal and went from s7 edge. And other than battery being slightly better after 3 years of use it's no different at all. Not really worth the upgrade.

Yeah I get that. It's what your budget dictates. My daughters note 7 is a really decent phone but feels like ironbru rather than unicorn tears. Hope this helps..... ?

Quality chat, loving the chow & unicorn stuff.
Dark o clock chuckles.

Other dude
S10e & Mi mix are exact the same... If you hold one closer to your face & squint. Presto same size plus you can smell the quality, woosh!
Is this Snapdragon or Exynos?
I'll pass then thanks.
For me, Huawei were the only alterative choice for Samsung's (I'm comparing the S/Note to the P/Mate series here).

Huawei were often cheaper but still kept a very premium feel and look. We all know they are known for brilliant cameras and battery life. Sadly now, after I'm finished with my Mate 20 Pro, I will need to look else where.

Huawei were a real threat to Samsung and that was great for consumers as it meant they had to provide better price /performance. Now they can go back to doing what they want.

Faster usb c charging, bigger screen whilst being much smaller device, better placed finger print scanner, double the pixels on front cam, dual rear cam with higher pixels and larger aperture, more ram, more memory, more expandable memory, faster processor, better mali graphics.
They are completely different, and a big upgrade really

Samsung's prices rose steadily through this period anyway.

but they had to up their game to make the price / value more attractive. It of course helped the iPhone buyers too

Are you going to tell everyone which version you listed and how much it actually costs.

This is bearing in mind that I have a Mix 3 5G.

Cool... but, at £340, which Argos? Offer expired? As now it shows 669!

This is a full list of specs. Now I don't own a Samsung but I do own a Mix 3 5G and i do see a £100 difference between the two Phones you bet I do.
The only thing the Mix has over the Samsung is
3w of charging
100 mah of battery
Ceramic back
In every other KPI it's bettered, now that has to be worth £100 of anyone's money.

m.gsmarena.com/com…537
It's a no contest.

Good video, a 10 second loss on one game shows the true gulf between the two. The SD845 coild not natch that no fully yet optimised Exynos at the time.

Can't comment on the Pixel, but my Xiaomi feels very premium, and I say that as somebody who moves from a Samsung.
