Damn. No more bargains to be had.
Have to say, s10e looks like a truly interesting phone, flat rather curved screen is especially appealing giving how awful modern phones are for screen protectors

It’s a nice phone - the best Samsung this year I’d IMHO although the only one I haven’t owned is the Note 10. Having said that, it still suffers from fairly unimpressive battery life compared with the Huawei devices.

That's a good rate.

I'm still trying to determine what Quidco's rate is. Quidco can be misleading so many sub categories for different products gives you varying cashback rates.
Good fone however I think its overpriced at 499. I think it should be closer to the 400 mark for what it is

I paid 408 through a Samsung affiliate programme. I'm hacked off spending that on it. Sold my Samsung s8 to upgrade to this and to be honest shouldn't have bothered!! I seriously wouldn't bother at £500...

It's all cons to me... Slower camera. No led notifications light. Seemingly no difference in screen quality. Fingerprint reader on the side rather than in built in the screen.

The originalscreen protector didn't last a month of use on mine. I took it of now after 6 month i have alot of little fine scratches on screen. I dont know what glass Samsung used but not very good. I had a s8 before this also used without screen protector for 2 years and never got a scratch!

Very interesting. I just pulled my original screen protector off my S10+ as it was in horrendous condition from very careful use. Really crappy screen protector. I'm currently looking for a replacement or wondering if I should not bother. With my S7 edge, I didn't bother with a screen protector and when I eventually sold it years later the screen looked like new.

Oh no... that's not good to hear... The glass can't possibly be as good as previous models then. The glass on my S7 edge was amazing.

Hmmm 2 master Jedi's on the thread there is!

There are also a couple of other caveats the usb is a 2.0 as opposed to the 3 on the bigger siblings, also the heart rate and oxygen sensor has been omitted aswell, dont know if there present on the rest of the range. Having said that the heart rate sensors plus headphone jack have also been omitted from the note 10 this year which was a big disappointment.... as there pushing the smart watches more. Not impressed.

Having said that the form factor of the s10e, screen, headphones jack, one cut out as opposed to two, one ui and latest chipset still gets a nod from me at £499. Any decent alternatives at that price?

Hold onto your note 9's aswell, seem to be holding there value.
