So i missed out on the dialaphone deal the other week and went looking for this, basically it's the same sort of deal but works out a little cheaper. Works out cheaper to do this than get the phone on prepay. Just do this, put the contract sim in a drawer and use your existing sim

Phone is £154.99 upfront

1st month of contract is 13.50 (cancel data in first month)
23 months at 10.50

Plus £60.60 cashback @ topcashback

13.50 + 23x 10.50 = £255

255 + 154.99 = £409.99

409.99 - £60.60 = £349.39

Think of it as a 24m finance for paying off the phone

Why would you cancel Data on an Android smart Phone? You could probably do with mentioning who the contract is with just in case someone is daft enough to do this.

cashback is not guaranteed

The phone is simfree, it's cheaper to get it this way rather than get it simfree. The contract is useless but you can just put your current sim into it.

Question for you.

What will TopCashBack do when they find out that you've devalued the contract? Have you spoken to them to find out if you are allowed to do this?

Also, the same question for Dialaphone? What will Dialaphone say when they find out that you've devalued the contract? Have you spoken to them to find out if you are allowed to do this?

I've talked to Dialaphone and they have told me that they don't have a problem with it, although talking to TopCashBack hasn't returned any answers yet.

Also, if it is possible to do this (I think it is, but am not 100% sure right now), Dial-a-phone have a cheaper offer, you can get the price down to £322.38 with their current cheapest offer, £65 Topcashback (Finishes today), removing internet (£138 saved), dropping the tariff down after 12 months (£60 saving).
