Normally just opened box and like new. In some instances you might receive one with maybe a scratch or two on the back atmost.

Interesting

Thats my experience. From MM I have probably placed about 10 orders, only kept 3 and sent back the rest due to poor condition. Only one time I got a phone with original box and charger and that was 'pristine' grade. When It comes to cheapest electrical I have ordered a number of B and B+ grades, probably closer to 20 mark and not sent back a single one. Always got boxed items in perfect condition, perhaps a few times with some tiny scratches on the bezels. My favourite is stock must go and I have easily ordered about 50 times from them, a few had to go back but majority were great handsets at bargain prices. Hence, I believe I know what I am talking about, but of course your mileage might vary
I tried to find if this is the UK version or the Chinese one on the description. Is anyone able to see what one it is?

I used to work next to their storage units in Wellingborough and bought plenty from them. Their descriptions are accurate and they test everything they sell. You should have seen the pallets of waste things that were faulty that they’re unable to sell.
I will wait another 5 months as when the s30 comes out I’m sure this will be sub £500 then. That’s the max I will pay out for a phone and I don’t mind being a year behind the curve to save so much money.

I got an Xs max b+ and it was mint with 100% battery life and apple warranty .
Whoever said music magpie are better graded are talking absolute garbage . I ordered 2 “ good” from MM and both went back as they were scratched excessively and battery life in the 80% range. My understanding was a + indicates no noticeable damage to the screen . Much much better than MM .

Exactly correct .
Yep, I ordered from MM a few times and the condition most times is appaling. If ordering on MM expect to get 1 or 2 grades lower than they say.
I got 20% code in March and ordered an Xs max . The only thing missing was the original box . The phone was almost certainly a customer return as it had no charging cycle history and was minty mint . Alas CE have bumped up the prices a bit but far far better than MM.
Got mine delivered today, cannot fault it for anything, Not able to find any reason for why its a B+ grade

Great
Me too, got it yesterday.

The phone itself is indistinguishable from a brand new phone, not a mark anywhere.

The box is good condition and original.

The accessories, which is the charger, USB c cable and ear phones look like they've been used as they are not pristine.

So overall really excellent.
