Or xiaomi oneplus etc
Watch reviews on Exynos version which this one is vs the Snapdragon version which rest of the world get. The difference is big to the point of you're getting a considerably inferior phone that has worse battery, heats up and throttles very badly.
Paid 830 for mine on eBay a month ago. Got it this week

Buds to come in about a month too. Nice phone

Just watched it this morning from mrwhosetheboss lol
The ideal phone for a global depression - you can get excellent pictures of the people throwing you into the streets as they repossess your house.
Am a Samsung fan but anyone that pays that for an android phone has more money than sense. Wait 3 months and price will come down. Those prices are crazy.
Holding out for an s20 ultra lite

Or anyone with any financial sense right now.

We're talking about the hot and cold votes not the desperate times indeed.

Nothing to do with desperate times...and can be found for £1019 on blue light/employee portal-if you do still want to spend over a grand on a phone.

I don't have access to those portals. You should be isolated at any given time lol

Yep, Samsung flagships drop 20-30% in rrp within 3-4 months of global release. Which in the bigger picture is not a long time considering you would be keeping it 2-3 years. Better to wait it out.
This will be £599 by the time this global pandemic of Corona is finished
Sales of this - and probably most other phones will be abysmal for some time to come. No one is going on holiday to take advantage of ‘Space Zoom’; if people are going to be staying at home all day they will likely be more interested in a tablet. What’s more, people’s moods are low and their priorities are shifting - even the most hardened tech friends of mine are struggling to summon up the enthusiasm for expensive items like this in the current climate.

Sales has crashed across the world - the price cuts will be quicker and deeper simply because the supply chain is falling to pieces and nobody has the storage for a non-essentional item like this.

The problem is that, if we want a samsung we are restricted to the Exynos version either way so pointless comparing it to something that isn't available to us, the uk

The comment wasn't meant to say you can get a better deal with the Snapdragon and that you should buy that version. It was merely to to inform that most reviews out there praising the phone are 99% based on the Snapdragon version, so if you're buying the phone based on those you'll be disappointed to say the least. Just giving people a heads up, like you stated if you want Samsung there is no alternative in the UK. You could import if you really wanted tho, wondaMobile are selling Korean imports with the Snapdragon.

I'd love to import but it's the bands that are stopping me
