    I bought a good condition 512gb S21 Ultra from 4gadgets over 6 months ago. Had to send the first one back due to the 10x zoom camera not focusing, which seems a common issue. So would check that as soon as you get it.

    These things have a tendency for the screens to black out and a replacement screen costs as much as the phone.... Proceed with caution

    Not had that issue with my s21U in the 2 years I've owned it but I was greatly disappointed in the battery life from day 1. Exynos is a rubbish chipset.

    s21 ultra, fair, navy, came with dead pixels. Outside pain chippings around sides, didnt mind that, but the dead pixels were killer. Sent back

    lol, ordered a fair silver, this time, its very good condition. faint scratch on screen unnoticable, a small chip on camera and few marks but looks really good, would rate is as a very good condition/ grade B Cex. It is a bit of a lottery then, for the price what a bargain

    Mine arrived. Titanium 128GB. Screen spotless, back spotless (titanium is a really nice colour). one largeish chip on corner but as frame is black it could be touched up with a marker pen and you wouldn't really notice it if the phone was in a case anyway. Was quite happy given the price I paid

    But Accubattery says health is only 80%. Not sure whether to keep it or not. Tempted to send it back...

    Same here. Updates have improved it considerably over the 2 years as well. Still feels fast and fluid like a flagship should, camera has been improved noticeably too from launch. Been very reliable, one of the best phones I've owned.

    I've just started the process on my 3rd return from 4gadets for this exact phone. Each one has had problems with the screen and/or camera. It's a shame as it's otherwise a good deal.
