I paid 639 on Samsung direct for the 256gb version. That was after 300 trade in for my s20 and a discount code. Using a £1 sim from lebrara. Stuck it on a 0% credit card. Pay it off over 24 months. No cpi increases. Better value if you can do that. Also got 70 quid cashback between tcb and Samsung pay rewards. And a £25 uber eats voucher with 12m Disney +. (edited)

I signed up to this a few week's ago. I have been given the cashback for my trade in but heard nothing about the extra £150.... Finding it really hard to chase aswell👎🏻

Managed to use a student discount code to bring the upfront payment to £79

Just worked it out £585 for me trading in my note 20 5g
About £40 ,more expensive than my deal .but plus side is you get 50 gb id mobile contract . But i dont need a contract . So

For the 256GB version? Not bad. After I get my cashback it works out about £545 after I traded in my s20. So a decent deal.

Only reason that I can see - and difference here is £150 guaranteed trade in.

anyone received any correspondence on this? I've only got an email from ID mobile saying the phone is OOS and to wait... no confirmation of the deal I signed up for... and another email to say I've chosen trade in and they will send a pack for it...
