    MPD are fraudsters . I had to fight with them for 6 months to go on the correct tariff. Could not even use the phone or SIM in case it was going to be returned. Kept on blaming Vodafone when Vodafone said MPD did not pay for the correct tariff. Finally MPD paid up on using external arbitration website with MPD . No peace of mind with MPD . (edited)

    I think I've used them successfully twice in the past. I've also heard of the wrong tariff being applied for others and needing to be corrected. Based on your situation, I would simply return within 14 days if there was a similar issue in future.

    Paying so much upfront on a contract phone is false economy.. Best to get a sim only contract and buy phone independently

    Not really.
    U need to see how much the total cost is.
    In this case - Total cost WITH sim is less than the cost of phone alone.

    Yeh the S23 are all dual sim, either 2x physical or 1x physical + esim.
