good find... only thing that puts me away is no external card slot and 32gb is not enough these days.

For some 16gb is enough. My last two phones have been 16gb and I've managed. For me 32gb would be a bonus tbh.
I got a S6 and battery life is very poor. Great deal though
Good price. Not used Samsung before but in my experience, the quality control of manufacturer refurbs is much better than that of retailers like Argos and PC World.

Half the phone an edge is but living off the name. Arguably inferior to even S5

I love the fact that the Edge is taking all the sales, makes this version cheaper and I love this version, don't really fall for gimicky screens, just want a flat screen good functioning phone.

A very average phone, crap batter and sub-par benchmarks ?. OK. For all the cries of sheeple to Apple - I'm indifferent- this is laughable! G4 at £225 is incredible for a very similar phone - better, if anything - with superior camera.

Currently own a LG G3, will upgrade this year to either a S7 (heard there's a bigger battery and a Micro SD slot) or an LG G5.

S7 reverting to type with removable battery. S6 is not Samsung's defining glory, if anything it was a regression.

What, there's going to be a removable battery too?! That's the only reason I'm 50/50 on the S7 atm, I like having 2 batteries, especially on night outs where I'm using my camera a lot.

nothing wrong with the phone, Android lovers were always going to slam any maker that tried to go Apples route of a closed eco system...

What does it tell you that the S7 is likely to be very very similar to the S6 in specs except with the removable SD card slot back in?

According to the buzz . Samsung made an error with non- removable, is what set it apart from iPhone.

I was under impression that the curve was the only difference. That's like suggesting the only difference between a Mondeo ST and a Mondeo Saloon is the boot lid...
I LOVE my s6; Ive had many many flagship phones and nothing comes close.

design, quality, speed, software ; all great!
yeah battery drains quick but it charges from 0 to 100% in like an hour .. I plug it in and go for a shower and its picked up 50% charge whilst im getting ready to go out.
Great price. I've had the S1 to S5 but was put off with no removable battery and expandable memory so ended up getting Note 4 which is a beast of a phone
Refurbished? Into the trash....
bargain purchased a few for spare phone

oO
oh remember S7 will be all about VR, so if you are not into VR you might want to look elsewhere is you are holding out for the S7

Watch out for the Samsung Warranty, it isn't worth the paper it is written on. I purchased a Galaxy S5 when they first came out. Within 6 months the phone wouldn't make/receive calls/texts (I suspect it was a fault with the antenna). The phone went back to the Samsung repair centre but came back in the same condition. I asked Samsung to replace the phone under their Warranty because they had been unable to repair it and it should be replaced. I never heard from them again and they snubbed all further requests.

Did you take it to a Samsung Shop? as they do swap out support, did you issue a chargeback, did you go on live chat and they told you that they refuse to help?

to many variables for your statement, had you rooted it?

Did that. Twice I got the "I'll have to speak to a supervisor" excuse and noboby ever answers the phone; and on other occasions they just hung up on me.
Just to confirm ...
I have a contract with O2 till August.
My old g3 is tired, can i just buy this and put my O2 sim and go ?

Same here and don't want to have to rely on the cloud before anybody starts.

The price of memory nowadays and especially without an SD card slot they should have higher capacity phones.

I was amazed with the service I got at the Samsung repair centre in Wembley and they replaced the screen in around an hour when the laminate started coming off in one corner after being 20 months old (and might have had the odd drop ).

Top service.
Any recommendations on a case and screen protector for a clumsy clutz like myself?
Purchased with 3% quidco so maybe a few quid cheaper in the end ☺
Hmm this or wait for the 7 oO
