GiffGaff are stocking this for the same price as CPW but with a pay monthly option.

I have an unlimited internet sim from 3 for £12.90 a month so for me this comes to £40 ish a month.

Rather buy it outright through 02 refresh for £530

£240. I got a good deal with EE, unlim mins and texts, 5gb 4G data for £10pm. Total price: £770.

I'm just unsure if I should buy the s6 edge+, wait 3 weeks for the Moto X Style which will be in the region of £360 or wait it out until November for the Sony z5 Premium...

Giffgaff are a payg network so you are not tied into a contract, so yes you have the option of not buying another goodybag and moving to a different network as the phone will be unlocked
@thedaman

How do you get an unlimited data simply with 3 for £12.90?

Hey, I have the ultimate 200 sim, which is unlimited data/texts/200 minutes.

Not sure if they do it anymore, I'm sure you could find a good sim only plan to go along with this though.

EDIT: wow, looks like the price has gone up to £20 if you take it out on a monthly roller now, looks like I've got a good deal haha.

Only if they didn't remove the SD card expansion slot on these phones, would have definitely bought one. Unfortunately had to settle for a Galaxy Note Edge for £510 through Amazon Germany after Samsung released details of the new phone lineup.
its not only. £26.29 u have to pay the sim only plan on top. 15 pounds for 4gb of internet. so u pay £41.29 in total each month for 24mos.
Most impressive phone I've seen in a long time highly tempted to trade in 128gb iPhone 6

have you seen it in real? Gold looks so good. Black one does not look any special to me.

When you go through to buy it, you can select the £5 sim and then cancel it straight away.

Ah well I guess it's down to preference!
You need to buy the first goodybag on giffgaff, unless you are a member already. After that, you can cancel the goodybag and just pay the monthly tariff for the phone. There is interest charged on the phone, and you have to pass a credit check. All their phones are unlocked and have no network branding.

Hi everyone.

Just bought a locked to O2 plus from eBay (unwanted upgrade) for £485. I'm with O2 and contract ends at end of month. Thinking of jumping to GiffGaff as would work ok but I get a staff discount for EE and wondered how I would get it unlocked ? Seller has already packaged it up so no luck there.
Any ideas of the cheapest and best way ?

Sorry to crash your deal op. Heat added !!

Hi,

I don't understand o2 refresh and I've just been looking at the S6 Plus at £530 you mentioned.

Could I buy the device for £530 outright and then terminate the contract or do I need to pay £530 and also pay for an o2 monthly sim?

So is the total cost £530 + 24 months monthly payments?

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I'm trying to get onto the unlock page on O2 but it's been down all day. So the seller can go on to o2's site and fill a form in and they'll give him the unlock code ? His Sim hasn't got to be in it or anything like that ? Because the sites down I'm not sure what info is needed.

The refresh deal works in 2 parts. So the £530 is split over 24 months and the rest is your airtime bill. Theoretically you can pay off the phone at any time and just pay the airtime part for the 24 months. If you go on to the O2 site and pick the phone and airtime without going through with it it should explain it. So you can't buy the phone without also signing up to a 2 year airtime package. I hope this helps.

Thanks. I would like to stick with my £17 per month unlimited data sim only plan, so I'll have to carry looking for a cheap sim free deal.

Problem is,it's not black,it's ugly dark blue.why don't samsung get rid of that dark blue and make proper black is beyond me.that's why no one wants to buy this colour and they are always on sale.not gold,
