There's a checkbox next to the Insurance in the checkout to add it - if you don't want it, don't add it. I can't imagine there's a problem with cancelling it afterwards if you don't want it anymore.
I've been due an upgrade for months but have been waiting for a decent deal to come along! Guess this price drop is a response to the GS6 Edge+ coming soon

I could kiss u lol! thanks
I've just made you spent an awful lot of money
true you have, but to keep the wife quiet it's worth it, it's also cheaper than I was just going to buy!!
As far as I'm aware, they're just like shop-bought contracts - in this case I'm pretty sure you can just go straight to EE if you have any issues, rather than dealing with MobilePhonesDirect.
It'll ask you if you already have an existing number at checkout.
Care to tell us how you did that? Was it an upgrade offer?

its £150 upfront not *£90
It's in the Summer Deals section accessible from the banner on the home page. Don't search for the phone by model, you won't find the deal there.
No apparently the price is down owing to disappointing sales, both this and the normal S6 have had price cuts from Samsung.
Voted hot
back case hide the curve........ (auto spell)
I got an S2 on launch and it was awesome - nothing to touch it IMO - but since then Samsung have played it far too safe and let other manufacturers catch up/overtake them.
I'd hold one first, I went for the standard S6 as the sides of the Edge slope away meaning it's hard to pick up from a desk and easier to drop, plus there was zero advantage in having it over the S6 apart from bragging rights.
The battery life on the standard S6 is really hopeless too even with Lollipop 5.1.1 installed. I agree though the S6 Edge is an impractical gimmick.
