The dreaded Vodaphone, cold cold cold

Cold - couldn't be bothered to post the specs! I don't know how to find them online. Just pure laziness IMHO. Nah - cold for vodafone.

Arguably is the keyword

Edit: Cold for not posting easy to find specs.

Vodafone is better than 3 now. I have paid 70 upfront and 24 per month ( black Friday deal) I'm really happy now. Better Internet speed and coverage - compared to my last unlimited contact with 3.

I couldn't care less if this goes cold, my life doesn't revolve around HUKD ratings. I only posted it because I thought it was a cheap deal for a very good phone and someone may benefit from the info.

Oh right, er..haha....so why is the iPhone 7 better?

Same phone from Vodaphone over Black Friday for better. Got 6GB with unlimited for 19.20PM. With upfront costs (cant remember to be sure) was at least £100 better over the contract.

Cool, any idea where I can get a time machine?

I prefer the OS, doesn't require whatsapp if your friend/family owns an iPhone, I use Siri often which is more intuitive than google speech. Can turn mms off, little things that make a big difference. Both great phones though but I prefer iOS. It is also super snappy and apparently faster than any MacBook Air ever made.

Are vodafone seriously that bad? If so I may just cancel the order.

Humerous eh. The point being that unless your in a hurry better deals are likely. It's an OK price

Honestly Vodafone had the best customer service at one point. I never had issues with them they didn't resolve quickly, but then not too long ago they tried to change their entire billing system in one go and messed up a lot of people's accounts. Over charging them and then not giving their money back. They couldn't manage the amount of complaints they were getting all at once as far as I am aware they haven't recovered yet.

no, theyre not that bad. ive been with them for years and the mobile data coverage used to be poor but since their rollout of 4g they have vastly improved. People harp on about EE but I find they're network coverage is vastly overrated.

as for customer service. ive had bad experiences from all of the networks. most recently o2 over a faulty handset and before that EE who took a week over a week to fix a number porting problem which should've taken 24 hours.
each problem resulted in many calls and false promises and call center staff who either cant write the notes of calls properly or the person reading the notes doesnt bother to understand what is written- thus repeating myself during every call and explaining again what processes I followed in previous call.

But according to people on this forum only Vodafone have customer service issues.

I switched from 3 after about 5 years to Vodafone in may and so far have found them as good if not better than 3 so far which did surprise me a bit as they do seem to get alot of bad press! But I would say where I'm from west of Scotland Ayrshire and Glasgow most of the time I get 4g 95% of the time. They give all new contracts 30 days to try there network or cancel your contract if not happy so that's what I done... Gave them a try and thought they where good

Yeah thanks for that, I'm sticking with it, seems like the best deal around at the moment for an S7.
