That's what I thought and only 1 years warranty when Samsung usually give you 2 years.
Thinking about it even if it was new this would have been quite a bit seeing how long the phone has been out.

the edge won't depreciate for a while I don't think
The phone itself is excellent and like other posters have said it holds it value for a while, but be warned the battery is pretty average at best

100% charge when i leave the house at 9am, I'm not a heavy user throughout the day, 1 or 2 short calls, check emails a few times, browse some web sites (no gaming, watching videos etc) and it's pretty much dead by 6-7pm when i get home. Last night it ran out and switched off at about 6.30pm before i made it home.
My previous phone sony z3 lasted much longer.
The S7 has only been out a few short months so it's unlikely to have had that much use, more likely a customer return. Got 14 days to return it if you're not happy. Got my S7 edge last week and it is sensational. Nothing not to like. I am finding the battery life pretty good although i do tend to switch off background stuff that tends to drain the battery. Charges superfast, nearly empty to 55% in half an hour.

Title state Edge model but link goes to non-Edge model. Hence lower price.

Odd... My battery typically lasts around 40 to 48 hours and I game or watch videos an hour or so a day along with small surfing and calls.

Yikes. Your correct. My bad...
Bought my edge off eBay for £375 after using a 10% discount code.
Best phone on the market bar none.
Battery life is excellent after disabling some of the built in apps.
