Should say "perfectly fine" which is the lowest of the 3 gradings O2 use. Still a good price.
Perfectly fine is essentially a grade C. Will have cosmetic scratches and marks, therefore paying £300 plus the hassles of ringing up to cancel for a 1 year old+ phone is cold imo.
Out of stock since the last deal was posted infortunately...

The Samsung upgrade program will mean there's a lot of S7s going back to Samsung this week. Mine included. There should be a flood of preowned ones shortly.
I have a 'Perfectly Fine' S7 edge I purchased a couple of weeks ago on the last HUKD. There wasn't a mark on it at all. Comes in a plain white box with a USB charger only.

I have to agree it was a bit of hassle getting O2 to cancel the contract, took 3 phone calls to get it done and I was being asked to return phone and give 30 days notice until I quoted the contract didn't require me to do this and it was under a 14 day cooling off period. Probably wouldn't do this deal again because of that but otherwise a good deal and my phone looked brand spanking new (except no box, earphones or plug)
you STILL have to apply for a contract? These O2 refresh deals are pretty cruddy TBH, high priced phone, credit check and then the hassle trying to cancel the contract you were forced to get to get the handset at the price advertised seems a lot of messing about...
The deal obviously works for some people, if you don't like it, don't go for it.
I cant seem to add it to my basket, has it gone out of stock?
Been OOS for weeks, cold

They have plenty in stock in almost perfect which is £321,99 according to customer service stock list (not sure if she was telling the truth) but not for online stock she advised to phone sales to place the order.

Did you ask about perfectly fine?
Just received my phone, really happy its immaculate - not a mark on it. I am now on online chat to get it unlocked and they are saying 'The phone has to be used at least for 24 hours in the O2 network before placing the request for unlocking. '
If I try to do it on my online account, it says page 'It looks like somethings gone wrong'
Anyone else been told this?

I inserted the sim made one phone call and that was it the sim was registered, I then rang 02 from my landline to request unlock, I got an email 4 days later. You can do it via the online form but I found it to be a pain.

Lady on chat has taken the request now, I've also called 202 to cancel, all nice and easy
And as a bonus the unlock code came through whilst on the phone (took 10 minutes!)
