Need to edit the price to £588. Can't include Quidco.

Just trying to escape from Vodafone after not having internet for past two month. Shocking customer service as no one takes responsibility and keeps passing blame on one department to other. Technical escalation team sounds jokes as 6 forms been sent to by front line and no action taken. Also they keep billing incorrectly since September as had twice been charged double..

yep I was with them 3 years ago with same issues!! still the same old botchups

when you email them, you get a reply back from Person 1, then if that doesnt resolve the issue the email gets sent to Person 2 to whom you have to explain everything again which still doesnt resolve it then leading you to despair and counting the days of contract ending. Then when you go to cancel the contract, they ask you "Why do you wish to cancel". Duh! because you have the worst customer service infrastructure setup in the world.!

Guys why not hang on for the xmas sales, surely there has to be some S7 bargains to be found
