It’s insane people need to take these measures to get the same deals as new customers. I understand they need something to draw in new custom but current customers should get priority otherwise they leave. Did you try O2 retentions?

I took out this deal a few months ago. O2 wouldn't match it.
After phone arrived I called them and migrated my old number to the new SIM. Paid of my one month notice.
Simple, took 24Hrs to migrate number after receiving new phone and SIM. You must ensure you use the same details i.e. email and address that is registered to your current O2 account when you place your order with mobiles.co.uk

You can get it if your an o2 customer, I've just done this deal and I'm already with O2 you just ask them to merge the accounts. O2 don't advertise this fact and when my husband tried in march he was told he couldn't but I've just been told this. I think they keep it quiet in the hope you'll think it's too much like hard work and just get phone and contract with them

Indeed i did , i also had mobiles.co.uk ring me up today offering a crazy deal also.

Good deal if you don’t want the upfront costs, very tempting but must wait for Black Friday
