Samsung S8+ on Amazon Germany. Looks like a good deal. Nearest I could find was Amazon Italy at about £544.

good price but i think i will wait
Surely won't get much cheaper than this even in a few days?
Unless you really need this right now, I would wait for the price to drop in a few weeks.
Have they increased price now?
Still showing the same for me €579 (approx £512)

When they launching s9? co firmed?
price is hot but had bad experience with Amazon Germany due to the security of their process, pay by credit card if possible for more protection.

S9 is announcing on 24/02 but don't think the release date will be too close to that date.

I have posted my story here before but it was on Black Friday last year.

Someone in the warehouse and the delivery process have open the package and stolen the phone. So I have received two phone boxes with no phone with it (second one was a replacement). Amazon Germany refused to investigate and refund after it was stolen twice. Luckly I paid with my American Express and got the money back.

First delivery, the Amazon package was opened and the phone box was also ripped opened and the phone of course was missing. Then Amazon issued a replacment but the second time, the Amazon package was still sealed but the phone box inside was ripped open again with no phone in it.

My lesson learned was first- pay with Credit Card for highest level of protection. Second, take a video when opening an online purchase package, so if the sealed Amazon packaging has a damaged and empty box inside, they cannot ignore their problem.

The first delivery was probably stolen by those who handle the delivery, but the second delivery was stolen even before it went into the Amazon package who was someone that works in the warehouse. At that time, there are similar stories posted here. So be careful and good luck. I almost spend £500+ to get two empty phone boxes (just got the menu, EU charger, cable and headphones).
does anybody know if this comes with a VAT invoice? I want to use this as my company phone but need to claim this on expenses and I will require a proper invoice.
Easy enough to order from there?

That's so f* cked up!! sorry for my language! I bought the S8 from Amazon Italy, it was shipped from Germany and everything was ok. I was worried about this happening. I have heard about this, but have never heard it happening twice. Good job you got your money back.
When you order from an EU amazon how long does delivery take? It still says amazon prime next day...?
Heat added, good price if you have to buy a Samsung but beware customer service is 3rd world to say the least.

Yes they have. It's been creeping up since initial ad
Received my S8 from Amazon Germany today. Paid a bit extra for next day delivery with c/card, no VAT invoice/receipt was included but more importantly the package and phone arrived in perfect condition and on time. The charger is 2 pin EU type, so you need to buy a 3 pin UK adapter... doesn't cost much, also you need to get past the first screen or so in German but you can then change the language..aside from this no issues and the phone works, hope this helps someone .
hopefully amazon uk will do it for around this price, then i can get currys to price match and finally spend my vouchers from the ps4 deal
Back down to £516

Is this still the best deal out there ?
Back down to €579 again
