Considering I just got an s7 edge with 4gb data on Vodafone for £25 after discount, this is a good deal. Depends if you like EE I guess
For this price Pixel should be consider too...

Post title has been amended.
Anyone else find the s8 battery a massive disappointment? It's a nice phone but battery can't handle the phone spec.

I'm actually quite happy with the battery. It lasts just as long as the s6 and mophie battery pack I previously had. I found setting the screen to FHD+ as opposed to default WQHD made a big difference to battery but not to display. It's definitely better then my note 8 battery

Yep mines set to that too and I don't get a full day out of it
Waiting for ee to phone me back for a retention deal. (I just missed a call from them). Last week they offered me this for 32.99, with no upfront costs.. if they come down to this price I might accept..
I got a similar deal earlier this month via mobiles.co.uk and Vodafone £27.00 monthly with £10.00 up front but with 6g of data. I'm not sure if that's still around. It's a great phone.

Through the ballache of cashback, otherwise it's actually £37.99 per month

My S6 broke today and since my contract ran out 6 months ago, I wanted to find a good deal for an S7. Very surprised to find such a good deal for the S8. Almost expecting an email to let me know the price was a mistake, but I have received a dispatch email instead. Next day delivery, too.

Samsung smartphones Prices appear to drop like a stone, actually a boulder, bringing new meaning to Newton's Second Law of Gravity.

Personally I'd go Pixel 2 and sim Free route.

Or Mi A1 if you want sub £200 and need duel sim for work etc

Call me old school, I don't mind.

I got a call back today from EE outbound sales
they don't price match she said when I mentioned the S8 deal on here recently, later in the conversation she said they would price match
I reminded her what she said earlier, confused.com here

It is, it shows 2 colour options.

It looks like silver in the options but in fact it's orchid grey, which in fact looks more purple than grey

Sorry Matthew, just spotted your question, I'm glad you got sorted !

Cheers. Was going to do the Amazon deal outright for 460 but when you add in the cost of a sim the difference is negligible.
