Yes a Chinese site but would be careful who you compare it with - eGlobal deals nearly always receive poor scores on this site because of the poor (or perceived poor) reputation of eGlobal , particularly for expensive purchases.

By comparison, Gearbest, Banggood etc you will see often and often get good scores and have a reputation for far better service (although the items are often are cheaper also)

As always caveat emptor - you pays your money ( or not) and takes your choice - personally given all the scare stories I have read I would not spend £100s on anything from eGlobal until I have a stronger reason to trust them - I just could not be bothered with the worry and hassle if something went wrong.

If you wait until Black Friday and manage to snag one in the UK for roughly the same price, you will prob have it arrive around the same time as ordering this one from Hong Kong. Plus full warranty, easy returns etc etc.

Hong Kong actually. Pay with your credit card, be prepared for the hassle of making a claim if your item doesn't arrive or if there is any sort of fault whatsoever.

In summary it seems eGlobalCentral are fine if your item arrives, has no faults and never has any problems down the line.

Jeez that sounds like hell

eGlobal deal has gone hot. Has the world gone mad?

This is the price of zero customer support if anything goes bad. Make sure you pay with a credit card if you're hell bent on going for this 'deal'.

Don't forget to go through Quidco or TCB

How come they're selling so cheap?

So cheap? So very very cheap?

Yes, you're throwing away a 24 month warranty on a £464 device. I've seen S8's go for £510 on Amazon Italy and so on, my S8 Plus was £544 from Amazon Italy, with a warranty...

Avoid.

oh, that's it, device without warranty is a no go for me, had my s7edge went to repair shop twice within two years, replaced a broken motherboard and replaced a new battery, they didn't charge a single penny.

The s8 Plus with this company is around £505 on a Black Friday special. Very tempting, but no warranty with these grey imports. Better to spend a bit more on a UK/Euro model and get proper warranty

Pay a little for two years warranty mate, you will not regret it! Samsung support is so good, they won't charge you anything if device is found faulty such as broken motherboard, battery replacement, faulty charging port, of course not included if you dropped it or water damaged ur phone.

so far the best deal I can find from a UK supplier is £654 via box.co.uk (JL will price match )
Tempting, but will still wait for BF, or maybe go Amazon Italia.

I got an LG G6 from eGlobalcentral in June which had makeup on it and a flat battery on arrival. After about 2 months, it died completely and wouldn't switch on or charge. Had to open a claim

Brilliant deal, hot from me.

Anyone who is saying about getting it from the UK clearly has not read the title to notice this is the dual sim version.

Getting a dual sim Galaxy phone in the UK is an expensive nightmare.

Rubbish deal. They cheap for a reason from these Chinese websites. I'd rather pay 579 and buy it from Debehnams. At least u won't have any doubts and the phone will be a brand new sealed UK version.

Where would you recommend getting a dual sim galaxy? It's going to have to come from the grey market as they are not sold in the UK?.

Can't see eBay being any better.

Hong Kong company and you might find the warranty is void here in the UK

I've had mixed results using them. All products state they are in stock on their website, although many aren't. My most recent order was held up for many weeks as the product was out of stock. They take a week to reply to each customer service message too. In the end I couldn't wait any longer for them to dispatch, so cancelled the order. They delayed acknowledging this for ages and in the end I got my money back by raising a paypal dispute. I would recommend paying my credit card/paypal if you want some protection.

I have ordered from them before no issues at all, do your research before you buy and beware of the warrenty support in the UK before you commit.

No idea mate, I was just going off what you said about sourcing one in the UK being expensive and a nightmare.

I hate to do this but my mum bought a fitbit off of eglobal. Never ever would she do it again! She returned it due to the wrist strap being too small and then they never gave her a refund. Had to go to her credit card company to get the money back. Avoid like the plague because if something isn't working, wave your money goodbye.

Fair enough.

Samsung have released the S8+ plus dual sim for £799 officially in the UK so hopefully when the S9 is out we won't be forced to go to the grey market.

Iv ordered 2 from this site and both times delivery in about a week as well as fast paying quidco! Last time however it was paypal only but phone arrived so all good! Seems to get mixed reviews but i would use this site again based on 100% success rate!

What do you think, for how much it would be possible to get s8 on black Friday? Which shops are doing discounts for mobile phones? And is it possible to get any offer online? If yes, then is it starting from midnight normally? Thanks for answer

Carphone have the s8 for free on 29.99 starting this week not sure what network yet though?

Not sold by Amazon directly so more than likely a grey import. If buying via Amazon I would only ever buy sold by Amazon stuff as you get excellent customer service.

As for black Friday - keep an eye out on amazon, John Lewis and other retailers. I'm hanging fire until BF but I think it will be a damp squib for mobile deals at least
