Good spot and a good company if no issues. Be warned they don’t full refund on new items if you change your mind. They’ll only give A+ refund which luckily in this instance is the same price lol.

Yep, but if there is an issue with the phone, you'll get your full refund (obviously). But yeah, be sure it's the phone you want!

Still going to hold out for closer to £500 I think, heat though

Add quidco £5 cashack as well

Have purchased 2 phones from these guys without any issues. Recommended.

Excellent Price for a UK phone and from a good retailer Unfortunately no deals on the normal S8 though

Is this the dual sim version?

Amazon selling for £559.9

Fantastic deal, amazon charging £10 more for the regular version. Cheers OP, ordered.

So will this have the 2 year Samsung warranty in case there is any problems- or is it likely that there will only be a 1 year warranty as it is a "grey import"?

Presumably 2 years?
We provide a free 10 day no quibble returns service as long as the handset is returned unopened. Brand New items ship with a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty from the day of activation which is claimable via the manufacturer themselves. Some manufacturers may offer up to 2 years. Please see manufacturers website for details.

Which version is it? Single or dual sim?

Having done a google search i would have concerns at parting with that amount of money for possibly a used imported phone. They tend to specialise in the used market so i dont know if the phones would be a) new and b) covered by the 2 year manufacturer's warranty.

Will pass on it- but if you do take it up hope it all works out ok

I have purchased and will let you know whether it is new or not. If it isn’t then it’ll be going straight back because that’s simply false advertising. I’m optimistic though as trust pilot reviews seem to be very good.

It's advertised as "Brand New" so why would it be used? The Import question is trickier to answer but they're clearly a UK company so I would imagine you'll be protected through some consumer rights with the supplier. Also if you buy using a credit card there's the additional protection there.

I'm not an expert but this is surely a fairly safe bet?

I've purchased 6 previous phones from them and only had one problem which was dealt with immediately. I had a grade B LG G4 which had the boot loop problem 2 months outside of the smartfonestore warranty. They offered a full refund as a gesture of good will as LG refused to acknowledge the fault.
I've ordered this to replace my moto z.
As it states 'brand new' I wouldn't expect a used phone.

From my employer's portal.... i bought s8+ dual sim for £559 from samsung uk.... using the samsung trade in offer... will get some 10% off in form of points and free wireless charger and samsung starter kit.

It is not a imported phone mate. Its a UK phone from a UK retailer and with UK warranty.

bought the S8+ on Amazon Germany for about £535 (£560 in total with a 128GB sd card for the phone) using Amazon exchange rate

Great price. I purchased my non-dual SIM S8+ from them in June for £625. Brand new, boxed and registered with Samsung UK. Great company and very quick postage.

Click 'brand new' and you'll get a new phone. Samsung UK sell the dual-sim version on their website so dual-sim is also meant for the UK market.

so is it used or brand new?

Deal is for a BRAND NEW S8+

Why only 1 year? ?

Looks a great deal and the company looks OK from other posts here. Have ordered with a possible delivery by 1300 tomorrow - £4.99 delivery. The site clearly says you get the manufacturers warranty which in some cases is 2 year (hopefully in this case). Will repost with result. Ordered at 09:30 with quick acknowledgement - dispatched at 11:45 so far so good. Just had my phone delivered 11:50 a day later. Opened up and inside exactly what was promised a brand new phone with UK charger etc. Very pleased with everything. Just registered the warranty and the serial number seems to bring up Albania (not in EU) - didn't seem to be a problem registering though and maybe this is a glitch.

Deal is for a BRAND NEW S8+

the comment was mnt for vodaphone deal s8 6gb, mistakenly posted on this deal. Apology for confusion.

I've had used phones from this seller a couple of years ago. Returns were straightforward enough.

One left in stock. Specs listed are for both versions (128GB or 64GB) which is confusing.

Hmm this or the oneplus 5T?? Decisions decisions....

yes i was about to say that. Great price, but be aware no refunds on brand new boxed phones. Im sure its a UK/EU model, but make sure its not a grey import

Out of stock now

Back in stock. Lol hm.

The model they've despatched for me is SM-G955F going by the imei number. I believe this is the single sim UK/EU version.

OOS, malheureusement

If you are employed then Vodafone advantage offers 20% discount on top if contract price

I've bought 2 new iPhones and 1 new iPad from them. The phones I purposely bought locked to a network as I had heard about the grey imports issue. The phones came brand new sealed and wrapped. I just unlocked them with a code on EBay.

The iPad was "unlocked" and turned out to be a continental model. I didn't find this out until I opened the box and saw an EU charger. I complained and got offered a small discount which I accepted.

Also bought a used phone from them which was grade C - was scuffed up on the back and sides but once in a case it looks perfect and it functions perfectly (which is what I really care about). Would definitely buy from them again but would pick phones locked to uk network if I want to make sure it is a UK model.

Have had much better experience with Smartfonestore than with Environefone and Music Magpie - but those were used phones - so more risky.

Arrived this morning. Brand new sealed box with European SIM card only warning sticker on the seal and a UK plug.
