Be warned, some shocking reviews for this website. Apparently based in Hong Kong, so people have been having trouble with EU warranties on the products, also trouble with returning items and also communication

Any one ever ordered from them How long do they take to deliver ?

Ordered from eGlobal which is same company bought an Samsung S8 came within the week, perfectly legit, but do take note of the warranty issue which are a valid concern. but if you have a Halifax ultimate reward account or Nationwides version, you can claim for repairs through the insurance you get for free. so for me personally it was a win.

No warranty = cold. Most of my samsung phones have gone wrong before warranty runs out. And they dont pay tax to this country.

I ordered this from them and it arrived within a week. I got a mail from the UK couriers saying they are expecting a parcel then, as soon as it landed in UK I could fully track delivery (under 24hours once in UK). Issue with these guys is, if you have a faulty handset you will have a challenge using the the warranty and returns. That is gamble you take for the cheap price. No issues with my phone or my S3 watch (also cheap) so far though.

He's talking about device insurance which is only for accidental damage I think. So if there is a defective product there won't be a repair unless there is also an "accident" with the product.
I've been looking at a lot of mobiles these past few days. Is it me or after a while do they all stay looking alike?

And you are still hanging on to Samsung products.
Not worth the high price if no warranty. Pay the extra for piece of mind.
Had screen and battery issues on s8 so not a fan of Samsung at the mo, even had an hdmi problem on tv so no warranty beware.

They now need proof of a receipt which includes your IMEI number, and confirmation that it was bought from the UK.
I am having problems with this and an iPhone bought through Argos (the IMEI issue not proof that it was bought in the UK).

HSBC Premier extends by 2 years if bought on credit card (I think).

I ordered my S9 in typing on right now from tobydeals last time it was posted here. Yes it comes from Hong Kong, so you can't exactly take it back to the shop if something is wrong with it.. delivery was about 1 week and all arrived fine for me.

I also paid for the £10 postage, so if it got lost in the post.. they send another out for free. Wasnt needed, but thought it was best considering how far it came.

Personally had no problems with the phone and tobydeals.

What has tax got to do with anything? Amazon barely pay a thing similar to most of the coffee companies, Apple and many more. Pick on a company for bad CS etc sure but you can't have a pop at a non domestic company for not paying tax here, do you say the same about Bang Good etc too?

I understand the tax decision influencing consumers to a company actually trading from here like Amazon but this is stretching it a bit, no offence intended.

Oh and I've owned from Samsung

2x S2's
S5
Note 4
Note 5
S7 Edge

All of which are still working perfectly have never used the warranty nor repair since the S2, personally I think that's pretty impressive, I just sold the S2's for £70 too 👌

The only phone I've ever needed repairs done to was the Xperia Z1 which needed a new battery after 13 months, never again Sony & the camera was rubbish too.

Consider yourself lucky not to have faulty samsungs. I had faults on my s4,s6,s7,s8 and most are screen related issues. The reason this deal is cheaper is because no vat is paid. Every uk retailer pays VAT.

Unless u can back it up with an insurance and be sure they will pay out for non uk phones then this deal isnt worth it.

I've had the camera modules replaced on my S6 and S8 so glad of the UK warranty.

Thought so
I bought a pixel from them and it arrived in a couple of days. Definitely brand new and good product. That said, if you have any issues with the product, I have my doubts, that they'd be helpful.
I have bought 2 ipads from here at different times, both came in about a week no issues and paid by credit card just in case
The company is fine as long as you accept no warranty.
The maximum I'm spending if buying from China or abroad is £50. Would rather spend the extra here and have peace of mind!
Fools and their money are soon parted 💰💸💸💸

Yeah sorry I meant to say they are similar, they both operate very similar and even have very similar webistes.
Wouldn't you have to pay import duties (and a percentage of buy price admin fee if it is delivered by UPS)? I bought £26 of pain gel from the states and UPS added £18 admin and duties when it arrived. Robbing g1ts.

I think the main reason the deal is cheap, is because the Note 9 has come out and S10 is on the horizon
Why would anybody who doesn't want to pay another 100, risk £465!
