Never ordered from them before but I'm sure Mrswitch or another member will be able to help you out with that information
Excellent price, seen this in an email this morning, but csnt be dealing with an eglobal headache today, my two year old is being sick and ill, so there are more important things in life today.

Yep. Imagine I'm on thin ice in fairness.
Hard pass at this price, unfortunately, when a 2019 flagship Xiaomi Mi 9 is available on Amazon Spain/Italy in your choice of colours with a two year European warranty for like £15 more.

As I was suspended by the mods, again! for commenting on an eGlobal deal, I'm not going to get into any discussions with anybody about them and just recommend you read through my experience with eGlobal

I have previously ordered an iPad from eglobal and had no problems with delivery from HK.

I ordered an S9 from eglobal on 17th April. I was given a Yodel reference last week which still says "Your parcel will be with us soon" after several days. Chased again this morning and eGlobal have advised it has been stopped by Customs:

"We regret to inform you that your order is being held in customs, right now there is nothing much more we can do except wait for customs to process the parcel. This will either result in them releasing your order and it will continue being sent to the courier to deliver to you. Or customs will seize the order. In the event of this action, we can proceed with a reshipment or refund."

Anyone else had this and know how long it takes customs to process/release?

eGlobal are refusing to refund until then, even though it has been stopped on the way from HK to their UK distribution centre (and not on its onward journey to me via Yodel).

Thanks for reading!

Read most of your reviews and it certainly looks to be one grim tale there unfortunately. Sorry to hear about it!

I know of a few folks that have purchased from them without issue but I think the issue here is that your phone developed a fault for which eglobal weren't prepared to do anything other than give you about 66% of the device back as store credit - a bit of a joke that!

So basically these guys are fine to buy from if you don't mind gambling with your money. I think I'll stick to the Grand National - my money is safer there

Bizarre that the mods suspended you for warning folks - perhaps eglobal pay their wage bill?
Mine arrived yesterday. All sealed and no issues so far.
