Seems a very good price for the S9 Plus, unlocked, in the most popular colour, with 64GB storage.

Again, as I said on my Mix 2 post, this comes with a 1 year warranty, can be paid for via PayPal, and will arrive custom free in 6-8 days.

Specs:
6.2'' 2960x1440 QHD+ Super AMOLED display
Exynos 9810 Octacore CPU
6GB RAM
64GB storage
All the 4G bands
Dual SIM
MicroSD card slot
Dual 12+12MP camera
8MP selfie camera
3500 mA battery

What. A. Phone.

EDIT: Down further to £596

It's imported, hence the cheap price, and the 64GB, which is plenty for most people according to quite a few surveys

Not really interested in surveys, I was just being inquisitive. I didn’t know this SKU existed. Personally I’d have given this a shot if it were 128GB as I don’t like using SD cards, though obviously that’s just me!

Just giving you all the info I guess people abroad need less storage than we do!

Weird how they make so many different devices. I guess part of it is limited resources when it comes to the memory chips and RAM chips, so they probably survey to see which parts of the world need which feature.

Usually the foreign ones have all the storage though!
I'm pretty sure this is the Snapdragon 845 version, not the Exynos 9810 Octacore CPU listed here.
Blue and purple versions also available.

I’m guessing you’re trying to say it’s a cr@p version?

Don’t really keep up with mobile cpus
i wouldn't recommend snapdragon one. If its foreign firmware U can find yourself struggle to get Ur data working.

No, not at all. There's an argument that it's the better option.
It's just not the UK/EU chip.

Think I'll wait for the next Amazon Italy / Spain deal and pay a bit more for an EU version with a 24 month warranty.

Is it the Exynos or the Snapdragon version that has been suffering with poor battery life?
Cold....Android!

Only kidding, I voted hot....great price (if you can put up with Android OS!)
Damn it! Just bought it last week at £629 from the same site ! Haven't even received the product and it's already down in price.
I think it's the exynos that has issues.

Don't sweat it, just part of living in an insanely fast phone world

My Mi 6 came out at £380, bought, and dropped to £320 in like 2 weeks xD hype= $$$
This is the Exynos version - It has features disabled by Samsung - Just google 'Galaxy S9 Recording problems' and you'll see for yourself.
Also google 'G9650 vs G965F' and you'll see the difference.
I've sent my G965F back for a refund and have ordered a G9650 (Snapdragon) because of these disable features that I need (such as call recording)

You'll get an empty box, massive custom charge, and no chance of getting your money back.
128gb for another £29 (£640.19) - might as well go for that if your going to order from this website eglobalcentraluk.com/sam…tml

How do you know it's the Exynos version? Doesn't sound like it from the item description.
I bought one from eBay for £649. Did my due diligence and it paid off perfectly, EU model, dual SIM, brand spanking new and confirmed by Samsung via chat that the IMEI and S/N details would give me the full two year warranty.

They even included a legit Samsung branded UK USB plug as the box (unopened might I add) contained the two-pronged style plug.

It is a glorious phone, much more of an upgrade from the S7 Edge that I was originally led to believe.

That's exactly what I'm going to do... Would rather pay 30odd quid more for an EU model on eBay with a 24 month warranty.

If you click on the link, it takes you to the 'G965FD' version, which is the 'Exynos' version - A simple google of the model number will show this.
There are 2 versions, G965Fx and G9650 - The Exynos is G965Fx, the snapdragon is G9650.

Glad to hear your success story! Would you be ever so kind and possibly share or inbox me the link of the item that you bought, please?
I would ask EG where they sourced the phone and then check if warranty is valid in UK ( based on bitter experience)

Apologies to you three, I appear to have misled you...it was £689.99 not £649.

However, this is the eBay seller I purchased from, which at the time I think was one of, if not the cheapest going.
ebay.co.uk/itm…649

When I got the phone I was hesitant to break the Samsung security seal, and there were two IMEIs on a barcode sticker, but without the Serial Number (which you MUST open the box to get) Samsung can't check warranty. Samsung did then confirm it's an EU model. They couldn't confirm a country of origin, just it was EU. The icing on the cake was the addition of the UK plug which itself could be fairly expensive.

Could not find this one...can you provide a link
I fancy this one but ill wait 2 years when it's half the price and buy from a reputable dealer. I've had my Samsung note 4 for 2 and half years and it's still going strong. Bought direct brand new from Samsung for £320

If you work that out, you're saving roughly £300 over 2 years to buy it then.

That equates to it costing £12.50 a month extra to have it now, instead of in 2 years. (300/24=12.5)

If someone offered me a phone I want, and said £25 now, or £12.50 in 2 years, when the market has had 2-3 new phone generations, I would say now. But I am a bit of a techy, so maybe that's just me.

Ah I didn't realise the SD vs Ex versions had different model numbers.
Thanks.
So, what countries, other than the US use Snapdragon?
