I seen this but the reviews on trust pilot were dire
Its a hit and miss i guess....anyone who have bought with them in the past can share their experiences ?
No Samsung warranty. Buy at own risk.

Is it because its not a EU product ?
Hmmm... Voted hot for the price, not the seller.

NON EU DEVICE no warranty in uk

This may not have a manufacturers warranty but your claim is factually incorrect as there will still be 12 months warranty service (even in the UK !) so I don't see this as a big issue to be honest.
Paying by credit card will give you additional purchase protection as section75 will cover your 12 month UK warranty anyway should you wish to use that instead, so its all good.
You will therfore have options available to you should you experience any issues with the device. tobydeals.co.uk/en_…ty/

True....just waiting for another carphonewarehouse deal then ! Need a new phone and was checking which is the best place to get this.
Rip off company
Faulty product would have to be sent back to China for repair at your own expense. Plus very poor customer service. How many weeks does it take to send back there and returned again? Is it worth not having a phone for a month?
12 months warranty with Toby deals as opposed to 24 months with Samsung
