Good tablet for the money. However it has been cheaper in the past I guess. Heat added.

Really? When was that? Been watching it for a little while now, may be worth waiting for a lower price.
Or the Lenovo Tab 4 Plus for £20 extra?

I'm sure it was 159.99 in a few places in last year's Black Friday deals. This is the closest it's been to that price since then. Heat added.

The closest but still not the same. Wondering if it will be reduced again to that lowest price this Black Friday!

Waiting for it to go under £100 refurb

Went for about £60 for the 4g version on o2 refresh ages ago.
At £179 it's not exactly flying of the shelves Still more then 10 in stock.
A 10' tablet would be awesome as a home cinema screen. But I'm guessing it's 10".
Typing this comment on a 124.99 refurb one from argos bought last week arrived looking brand new.

Unfortunately the 1st one looked like it had been through a blender and was swiftly returned
It's not a great tablet for the money. You are really paying for the name and as others have said, Lenovo offers similar spec, better value devices. The Tab A series is positioned low-mid range by Samsung.
Still running 2012 resolution

The overwhelming majority of users don't need anything more. What else would you want from a solid, well made mid-range device?

I had 2 lenovos that had charging issues after 6 months to a year
The Asus Z580C on JL looks a decent deal to compare with. ASUS
31833153-oCJYx.jpgFor those of you still after one of these. You can get it for roughly £160 at currys with the 'computing10' code. It applies to the entire basket i believe so add something then go get a refund instore.
