Duh A branded tablet with 3G and 16GB storage GPS, Bluetooth for £115.00 try and find something anywhere near that price regardless the fact it's a refurbished item

Should put refurb in the title so it's not misleading. Only 6 month warranty.

** Please note these Tablets are Manufacturer Refurbished A+ Grade and are in exellent working order & Condition . They may have minor scuff marks or buffs on the casing but these are purely cosmetic.Retail boxed and carry a 6 months Warranty**

Not sure if the Lenovo in the link you have provided is the same model as the item I nearly purchased last year but it received very poor reviews for reliability, ebuyer have EX-Display Lenovo tablets for about the same price as the Samsung.

Reasonable price but do note this is the original ie pretty old Tab rather than Tab 2.

Not sure how refurbished is defined but I am thinking they could have had 2 years use, then faulty, then fixed, then sold as "refurb" - is that possible within the definition??

I have one of these but I don't use it any more ... it is so slow and bulky compared to the latest Galaxy Tabs or Nexus and it never got any updates past 2.3.x

Anyone bought from these guys before please, any information would be helpful, maybe I live in a cocoon, but never heard of them and I really want one of these.

Just checked this company out, and not the best reviews on the net,?

i used to use them a lot good company can collect if your near paignton

You could go for a Nexus 7 for £129 which will annihilate this for performance >

It doesn't have 3G, but if you have an android phone you can set it up as a wifi hotspot and connect the Nexus 7 to it.

I would choose the Nexus at the drop of a hat... but phone wifi hotspots are appauling for long periods on a day to day basis in my experience; they just fry the host phone.

Cold not a playbook with 1001 fart apps and hdmi support and amazing speakers and a dead os and app store and future updates to the amazing bb10 thats changed the mobile world.NOT

I have one of these...very good tab but looking at getting the 10.1....Anybody interested in buying? Would sell for £100 posted.

good price for a 3g

Hmm, got one of these a few years back when they were £150 on a clearance offer from Tesco. No idea if these are sought after on fleabay but in all honesty it's a very old, pretty slow tab with a low res.

It's certainly not worth £115 2nd hand, possibly 2+ years into it's life from SVP.

Far better options out there for not much more money.

Would think the fonepad a much better investment if u need these features for £179.99?

hotukdeals.com/dea…581

Just got an e-mail about this deal.

I used to use SVP a LOT 6-10 years ago, but since then it's went downhill as it's gotten bigger. They now have a non-existent customer service (they used to answer phone/email almost instantly) and have even removed all contact phone numbers from their site, leaving with no option but to send an e-mail which will most probably never get answered. Heard of a few people having problems with non-delivery and nobody to get in touch with etc, so I'd probably steer clear of them these days. Shame, as they really were a great little business back in the day, and I ordered 1000s of CDs/DVDs from them. I don't think it will be around much longer.

A: Yes
Caveats : if you only have 115 and need a tablet with 3g now, then you have not a lot of choice.

Personally, I would wait until the fonepad has been out for a couple of months - by then the price may start to get discounted, and you will see some returns popping up if you are quick and a number of real world long term reviews will be out that will tell you if it is really any good (yes, i want one, but am cautious).

What an awful tablet ! Cold !

Don't touch this with a barge pole, it's ancient and slow.

Don't listen to them, I still use mine a lot - was thinking of a newer model but ALL the Samsungs & Nexus' seem really cheaper built, plasticky and flimsy compared to this.

good if you want to use it as a phone me personally i find it a slow device got rid of mine for a ipad then went bad to android with a nexus 7 had screen problems and lift. mrs got me a tab 2 for xmas im happy with that

Had one. Only 512mb ram means multitasking is a pain. Programs keep closing while your surfing. Only android version 2.2 if your lucky. Single core 1ghz processor. 1024x600 is quiet pixelated. Too expensive for such an out of date device. Id rather invest in the new asus fonetab.

I have of of these and they are very poor as the software is really out of date and Samsung don't care as its an obsolete model.

These were a tablet on phone software that never really worked, a great size for portable use but really buggy and constantly crashing is a real pain.

Its a decent price though, but personally I wouldn't bother with this old model, maybe the newer version is worth the extra or maybe an iPad mini.

easily tge best made tablet...better built than ipads..no seriously...i had 2....thing is they are old and slow...better options out there

This site never fails to amaze me!

Cold, cold, cold! This is the first generation Tab, not the current one. That means, 115 quid for a used, 2.5+ years old model, single core, only 512MB RAM, stuck on Froyo!

This is single core, not dual core. Cheapest branded tablet with 3G, but horrible reviews.

3G and phone functionality caused me to part with my hard earned bucks.

this site never fails to amuse me, it seems that everyone has their own opinion, all valid, some some people like to tell other people that their opinion is wrong. if we were all the same, we would all have iPad, and all drive a prius :-)

good I hope you enjoy saving around 200 quid over the iPad.. and if you don't like it, you have only spent the depreciation if an iPad :-)

does it support phone functionality? I have a 3g tablet but without skype etc all you can do is text, no phone calls.

Yes it is a Phablet.

A very good phablet buy if you are on a budget.

You forget that media feature embargo on non Ipads Petetobin.
You will find that It has not even even got a GPS system according to so many of them!

Sorry I don't understand, what do you mean by Media Feature Embargo?

They conveniently forget to tell you the Wifi version has a GPS and the 3G version operates just like a smartphone.
