Make it £250 rrp Sammy, then we might buy it.
If prices are going down then it's a good deal. Why cold votes?

Thank you Batmobile543, this is the cheapest price around for this tab but sometimes you just can't win. I get that some people just don't like buying from Very but I have never had an issue. The Samsung S7 phone deal last week went super hot, but for some reason its not meant to be tonight. Maybe people just don't play nice on Sunday nights..:p

300 is my biting point. It was before Christmas and will be again.

Another week to go for Apple's next release.

Well for the handful of you who did vote hot, well done on spotting the best CURRENT price for this deal. Those of you waiting out for lower prices that's your choice but the whole point of this site is to find the best price available at this time. Regardless of how much it has been in the past or how much you would like to pay for it, if you did decide to vote cold on that basis then that kind of defeats the purpose of a deals website.

Didn't vote but the "best current price" does not always equal a hot deal.

'but the whole point of this site is to find the best price available at this time.'

Er....no it's not. Who told you that? It has nothing to do with that, at all. I never vote hot for anything just because it's the lowest price. If it's the lowest price EVER, then perhaps I might give it a thumbs up, but it would have to be a lot cheaper than the other retailers.

If something is 1% cheaper than everywhere else do you want us to post that deal, because that would mean about ten million posts would happen each day. Deals need to be significantly lower, AND a good deal. If I offer you a cubic metre of liquid manure for £2, is that deal because it's half the normal price?
I think if you make a new account, can get 20%off.

is there any URL i can refer to for confirmation of this 20% discount ?
Answered my own question . you have to open a Very 'Account'. not sure if that means a Current / Credit Account. even that means not applicable on Tablets / Computers. link very.co.uk/fir…age

"Representative 39.9% APR variable
Interest is only payable if you choose not to complete payment in 3 monthly instalments

Open a Very Account before the 31st May 2016 and enter code CPXM7 at checkoutThe discount cannot be used with other codes or on the following ranges: iPhones,
audio, gaming, computers, projectors, tablets and sale items

with Cashback it would be £200. then it looks like a Deal to turn over all possibilities of consumers going to iPad in next 2 years : )

Samsung £50 cashback on these tablets started yesterday, if purchases from Very qualify you may wish to repost

samsung.com/uk/…ter

But if they aren't a "participating retailer" then buying the 8" version from other stores like John Lewis will, after cashback, will cost the same.

What about 8" S2 at PC World, pcworld.co.uk/gbu…1:s

£319.99 less £50 cashback (mentioned in that link above) less £20 off £300 O2 Priority code (says 2 days left to use)
= £249.99
