Stay connected, for longer, wherever you are, with the Samsung Galaxy Watch. The Galaxy Watch boasts up to 7 days battery life on the 46mm model or up to 4 days on the 42mm wide model, so you’re free to take calls and messages on the go. Pay for your morning coffee using Samsung Pay with a tap of the wrist and order an Uber using the built-in GPS. And you can do it all with your favourite Spotify playlists ready to listen to –just connect your wireless headphones and you’re good to go.
Wear it your way
Whatever your style, express it with the Galaxy Watch. Choose from three colours, each with a load of customisable faces. Whether Rose Gold, Midnight Black or Silver are your thing, you can go from work to the weekend, effortlessly. You can also choose from two sizes – a sleek 42mm or statement 46mm. From the rotating bezel to the crystal-clear sAMOLED circular screen, every element of the design has been carefully refined.

A smarter way to wellness
The Galaxy Watch can track up to 40 different exercises, allowing you to make the most of your workout. Move from hitting the gym to the park and to the pool and it’ll help you achieve your goals. Track your heart rate while out for a run, following your route using the built-in GPS, and manage your health stats, nutritional goals and the calories you’re burning. When you wake up, it can intelligently analyse how you slept to help find the best routine for you. And of course, it syncs seamlessly to Samsung Health across all your devices. With technology this effortless, all your focus can be kept on your wellness.

Never miss a thing
With just a quick twist of the bezel, you can easily access notifications for everything that matters. You’ll know where you’ve got to be today, tonight or tomorrow, whatever the time zone. Daily briefings mean you’ll never miss a birthday, meeting or be caught without an umbrella again. Your Galaxy Watch automatically analyses your activity throughout the day, so intuitive notifications will keep you on track from dusk till dawn. Conquer work and life straight from your wrist.

Control any tech, anywhere
No matter where you are, Samsung have made sure your life is never on pause. Come home to warmer rooms in winter and air conditioning in summer, all by controlling your SmartThings enabled devices in your home from your watch. You can even set multi-device commands, so when you start your home workout your Galaxy Watch can switch on the aircon, or when you wake up in the morning it can automatically switch on lights for you. Or if you’ve forgotten to switch a light off at night, turn it off without even getting out of bed.

When it comes to work, you can use Samsung Flow to seamlessly connect your watch with your PC, manage your notifications or even flick through presentation slides simply by rotating the bezel. And you can stay in control and in touch when on the move, with calls and messages right there on your wrist. Plus you have access to a range of other connected apps, like Spotify and Uber.

What’s the difference between Bluetooth and 4G cellular?
Bluetooth connectivity
Some smart watches with Bluetooth, such as the Samsung Galaxy Watch, can let you send and receive text messages, answer telephone calls and receive notifications when it’s connected to your (compatible) phone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Bluetooth + 4G Cellular
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G has all the same great features as the above, as well as built-in cellular. It gives you the freedom to send and receive text messages, answer phone calls and even receive notifications when you don’t have your phone with you.

Cellular Carrier Support
Connecting your Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G Cellular to a cellular network requires the same carrier as your (compatible) phone.

Additional information: manufacturers often update their Operating System (OS) software over the course of a device’s lifespan – this means that your product might ship with a more advanced OS than specified.

Sorry for the crap copy&paste on the go.
Really don't know if this is a good price for it, it was an "impulse" share-it-or-die deal, as I always wanted to purchase this smartwatch..so many times in the basket and tried to find it below £180 on the bt version or around £200ish for this 4g cellular version; funnily enough, this might possibly be one of the best and cheapest price for official UK price and not so long ago I would have bought it in a nano second..
The thing is that I realized that I want only squared quadrants and only running Wear OS.
Xiaomi MI Watch is the one I gonna wait for.

For people not aware of it, this 4g cellular version has also 1,5gb of ram, unlike the bluetooth version which has only 1gb of ram.

Currently £233.10 on Samsung Store if you have student/employee discount:

What about with Vodafone? I got a Note 9 and Vodafone.
I know it's available on Vodafone as I was in their store yesterday £22/month on contract or £7/month just for the 2nd sim.

Does this not qualify in the £50 Trade-In offer on Samsung's website? I got the non-4G version yesterday for £149 (+£7.50 quidco).
It looks like it is in the £50 trade-in offer, but only the 42mm Rose Gold available (at £189)......might be worth waiting a day or so for the 46mm or 42mm black to come back into stock?
Do these do offline Spotify like the watch active?

Yes now I saw it:

vodafone.co.uk/mob…tch

Vodafone OneNumber is called their esim offer.

On the Student portal you can have until £81 of trade-in value depending on your watch. Any other watch £25;I might give them an old analog watch if I understood the T&Cs correctly.
£208 start being tempting..but then I have to add £7/month, which is £84/yearly when with the same money I might buy a Kospet Android smartwatch which has proper sim support..

You know what...I'll post another deal of that watch

I got a galaxy watch 4g back in march from cash converters,
I'm with virgin and they don't do esim.
The esim is transferred from phone to watch in galaxy gear app by QR code as esim or if carrier supports it clones .
I have a s8+ calls texts and you can get Alexa app also work perfect in bluetooth distance till my contract ends then will change to ee or voda.
My watch had ee esim still installed ,
All I did was keep tapping esim on watch till delete highlighted then it was removed.

So your using as a standard bluetooth galaxy watch ?
Yes , the reason I got mine was cash converters listed watch has a problem with some services such as nfc not working, so it was 165 + 5 post arrived as new.
Cheaper than non 4g i knew it only was dispatched to first customers in December so at most it was 3 months old.
Just get the bluetooth version, use the trade in option selecting misc- buy a <5 pound smart watch from amazon or ebay and trade it in. You can get the 46mm bluetooth version for 149gbp or the 42mm bluetooth @ 129gbp or rose gold LTE version for 189(the black 46mm and 42mm LTE has the trade in removed - probably had too many takers)

The esim is set up from your phone, its not a clone though, it just uses your existing data plan.
The provider still needs to add the esim to their systems, I believe EE charge around 7 pounds a month last time i checked to use the service with your existing data plan.
Not worth it imo.

Care to provide a link to this £5 smart watch?

The one I got went up in price. It was 5 for the red one no longer listed. I've just typed in smart watch in Amazon and ebay. Loads come up for around £5.

amazon.co.uk/gp/…h=1

It can be ANY smart watch.
