This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Curry's are doing this bundle, but will also give you £50 trade in towards this watch. It doesn't mention it on the Web page for the bundle, but when you click the page for the individual watch:

currys.co.uk/gbuk/smart-tech/smart-tech/smart-watches-and-fitness/smart-watches/samsung-galaxy-watch-active-silver-10190975-pdt.html

It shows the trade in offer.

I've just been to the Braehead Glasgow store and didn't even expect to get the charger for free but the girl offered me it at checkout.
I also traded in a used Xiaomi Yi Band 1 and got £55 gift certificate towards the new phone! Not sure if they knew what they were doing but I'm chuffed!

Pretty much, aye. They don't check it. It can also be non-working according to the t&cs.

Rubbish. Went in other day
They've run out of battery packs across the board and can't honour it

Which store?

That was Plymouth. But guy said they were out of stock across the board because Samsung sent them all less batteries than watches. So they still have the signs up but might not be able to honour it. I still bought one but still a bit annoying

Maybe call CS and get them to check locally and get them to honour it. They defo had some in Glasgow as I got one. Will post a photo later as proof.
Reading the two deal options they don't seem to be attainable on the same purchase

The battery pack has to be redeemed as an extra into the basket when you order this phone online, therefore you have to purchase the phone on the website for the price started, £199

The £50 off deal is only available during a trade-in at the store and is dependant on the device you submit; you're not garaunteed to get £50 for any old watch. The money is given in the form of a store card. Therefore if you've already made an online purchase to get the battery pack, you're not going to be able to claim for the trade-in reward assuming you pay for the watch first online when you choose click- and- collect.

Please verify if what you claim is correct.

Looked at this deal last week. Tried to order online but literally no stock anywhere.

Yes, before you buy the new watch.

From T&C: "Extra £50 trade in value only apply against purchases of Samsung Galaxy Watch Active when you trade in a working or non-working wearable or smart watch. Trade In value issued on a Currys PC World gift card."

Are their systems clever enough to restrict which purchases a specific gift card can be used on? I doubt it...but wouldn't like to test it! Anyone else tried?

The gift card they gave me seemed standard, as they (customer service desk) gave me it and the watch and told me to go to the main tills to make the purchase. So I could've just walked out with the voucher.

Here's the proof anyway, they gave me £55 for my crappy old Yi band! I also had a £100 voucher through my works discount scheme (get 7% off curry's gift cards)

Sounds similar to the original promo Samsung were running at launch. I traded in a Fitbit Charge 2 (which they tried to downgrade value of, I argued and won). Had to wait over 2 months for them to fulfil the battery pack part of the offer, but it did eventually turn up.

I really like the Active, it's small and neat and works well, far more reliable for runs/cycles than Fitbit ever was. There's a new model coming out in September, although it will be more expensive.

Are you checking the website or did you phone them? The website said none for me also but I phoned them and they checked on their "back office system" and it showed braehead had 3 of the rose gold one (for the wife) in stock.

I mean just the battery pack, I went in. There might be a few laying about but it seems most are out of stock.
I wonder if I could buy a second hand smartwatch for a tenner and trade it in against this, anyone have any idea if they accept "no makes"?

For anyone that is interested... I started a chat on the site with them, they stated the terms don't say it has to be a specific brand or specific type so I'm v tempted to try this..

It normally just pops up on the left, may only be available during store hours or maybe 9-5

Didnt work for me they said it was a fitness tracker and not a watch
Worked for me traded in a cheap fitness tracker from amazon and gave me £75 against a galaxy 46mm watch. Got the battery as well.
Just tried to purchase the watch in the Canary Wharf branch but they refused to take my Xiaomi Mi Band even though T&C's say wearable or watch. There argument was that the internal system to register the trade in only has a section labelled "Watches".
