    I've got an old Fitbit Ace lying around, do you think they'd accept as a trade in, or reject because it's a fitness band, rather than a true smartwatch? Might have a Fitbit Charge 4 somewhere too, but that's no different I suppose.

    I literally ordered two of them now. Add normal watch with strap to your basket. Then search for SM-R920NZTDWEU. Add it to your basket and remove the one with strap. All done

    No, u can't return just a strap as they will tell u to return entire order. Copy and paste ET- number which is under the watch in search option on samsung site and it qill give you just a starpless option. Then delete your watch with strap from basket

    They send you a plastic parcel bag with the new watch, you package it, stick on the label and post it. As for the item you post back, this is basically a guaranteed trade-in value of £100 so as long as it's a "smart" watch of some sort, you can use it. When you go through the trade-in options, you could choose "any broken" and "not in good condition" (the actual choices will be clear when you do it)

    As for ideas to trade-in, if you don't have something, read this thread as people have mentioned what you could buy for £5-10 to later send to Samsung.

    Bought for this price (£134) with trade in big wouldn't be massively impressed. Some little glitches and battery only half that of my Huawei GT2. Great resell price if buying at this price though.

    Yeah I moved to this too from a Huawei watch 3 pro. Battery a lot worse and the heart rate seems to be totally off when I'm exercising. Thinks im at 134 bpm when I'm actually about to die. Makes no sense. Garmin was the best for that but this seems to not be accurate at all.

    Its in the box, top section of the box, there is a paper envelope with manual. Charger is in there. I got strapless watch from them last time deal was on and charger is inside

    So the same problem, I don't know if it comes with the charging cable and the magnetic thing that attaches to the watch. If it doesn't, then one from Samsung cost over 30 pounds + you need to buy a strap separately as well.

    Yes it comes with the fast charger. Its exactly the same just without the strap.

    It comes with a USBC charging cable with the magnetic puck that sticks to the back of the watch. It does not come with a charging brick.

    If you get the lte version you will get plenty of heat... as in the watch overheating and shutting down. My GW 3 and 4 are both useless when on 4g.

    Better to get one with the strap, otherwise you will just get the watch face, without the charger and the strap.

    I have a fitbit charge 3 that still powers on but the screen has gone blank, which seems to be a common problem. The Samsung site says it must power on, which you know it has when it vibrates or by checking in the app. Will they accept this?

    No I spent half an hour with Samsung support chat
    He said if the wireless charges weren't sent then we cannot claim them

    I should have automatically had one with my order because it was the watch with the band

    Two of my orders have not gone through
    Had the confirmation emails, but when I look to the orders up it said you do not have any items in your orders
    So it looks like they are limiting the amount we can have I thought we were allowed something like four
    Has anyone else had their orders cancelled

    I had something similar for my order from earlier today. Go on the "if the message does not appear correctly click here" at the top of the email.

    I did this, and it shows as the order is preparing for dispatch.

    When I look up the order number, it says there are no items in the order. I imagine it must have been because I ordered when they were having system issues.

    Eventually got through to someone my orders have been cancelled spent 20 minutes to tell me the order has been cancelled cannot tell me why it's being cancelled (edited)

    I'm trading in my S3 frontier, do I need to include everything? Because nothing is compatible on the 5 Pro, the charger, and the strap.

    Is it also better to trade it in or get any samsung smartwatch? Because I put down any samsung smartwatch to trade in

    I just got my watch today.
    If you're using Totum this is the steps I followed to work on PC (I just tried it again and its showing in stock)
    1) Log in through totum here totum.com/se/…fer

    It should look like this

    I got one last time they had this sort of strapless trade-in offer. Bought a cheapy strap from eBay for like £7 or something.
    2 weeks later I get an email from Samsung, apologising profusely for not having straps in stock at the time of my purchase, so they gave me a £30 voucher. later that week I got a nice Hybrid Leather strap for only £15

    Received my watch a week a go and really impressed, my first smart watch! So far battery life is 3 days.

    Sent my knackered Fitbit back on Monday, received an email to say it was received on Wednesday and yesterday to say it had been accepted.
