    Is it really so bad? The 2021 model had very good reviews, I just don't like the fabric and the display placement. They've solved this and created other problems?

    It is a special soundbar with lots of sound settings you can alter but it is so unreliable.
    I've had mine about a month and it seems to have problems more so when connected with the WiFi. The Alexa never works and it just hangs and freezes half way through a film.
    It's going back Tuesday for either replacement or refund, not sure which yet.

    Had mine for over a month with no issues what so ever. The sound quality and bass is unbelievable.

    All I get is the above error of "Please enter a valid voucher code". I've tried with the one it generates me in the blue bar at the top of the page and also the one (S32TJCZST) from the Facebook comments. I've also tried it on the first page (Step 1) of the checkout and the last page (Step 3) where you enter payment details.

    I also tried it with a different soundbar and no joy.

    Where are people entering the generated code and when did this last work?

    Try to do this on your phone. I had the same problem when I tried to do this on my laptop and I had to use my mobile and all worked fine. £979 delivery tomorrow

    Good price for those who missed the Samsung deal which came about £974.25 after discount applied. Does anyone have a working code for RGB direct ?
