Got one a few months ago and as somebody who would never buy a soundbar but for these offers I've found it to be a very good upgrade and nice to have but if I would've paid £200 or even the £300-400 RRP I would've been disappointed. It makes a big difference when listening to music especially, and has a 'voice enhancement' option which I've found works really well, making voices clear and easy to interpret when sometimes they'd be a bit muffled by my TV speakers. I wouldn't say it's outstanding and if you already have a soundbar it's probably not going to be a massive upgrade but if not it's well worth picking up with the cashback offer.

Mate just read the terms of the promotion. The common interpretation of it is that any product on Amazon (except when sold by Amazon themselves) is ineligible, regardless of whether the seller is a participating retailer. There may be some leniency, and you can most likely do it if you can obtain an invoice from Reliant Direct themselves (perhaps contact them?).

Any other recipients struggling with bluetooth? I've used PC, surface pro, shield, fire tv 4k max and fire tablet - all slightly out of synch on iplayer, netflix, kodi (local files), IPTV, Plex etc etc.
Unit could have done with a hdmi in or at least aux

*EDIT - Fire TV stick will synch up perfectly if - Settings > Display & Sounds > Display & Sound > Surround Sound > Dolby Digital (last option)
**EDIT 2 - Bought THIS from Amazon. After a bit of set up, it synchs perfectly through the optical, and a much richer sound than bluetooth. (edited)

Connected to different sources so can't comment sorry. I might try doing it later this week/ next week will let you know if I do/ how I get on.

Going to risk it for a buiscuit! Got 2, hopefully will get them for £50. Figured paying via paypal + 100 day return that Reliant Direct offer means that worst case its a bit of hassle just to send them back. Wont open either until I get the cashback!

No they aren't the calculator you are using if from a different promotion last year. They're giving you £150 cashback with a bonus £50 for extra purchase with the current promotion.

You can claim multple cashbacks, apparently. So would indeed be £50 for two. 2 x £150 cashbacks plus 1x £50 bonus.

Got a couple of these in the Xmas promo, so paid very little for the pair. These are ok as soundbars, not great but worth the low price after cashback. However, the Alexa functionality is terrible (can't disable the 'chime' when Alexa kicks in, Spotify won't work directly via Alexa but you need to stream by faffing with device selection within the Spotify app). Ridiculous that these things come easily on £30 mini speakers but Samsung cant nail functionality like this on their tech. You'll end up disabling the functionality other than the basic soundbar pretty fast.

It says preorder in my order confirmation email. So not sure whether that will cause issues in cashback. However only order needs to be placed before 5 April.

Strangely, Reliant Direct is one of the seller on Amazon for the same price but it says guaranteed delivery by 29 March.........so may be it is in stock (to be updated/consolidate stock) just not directly available yet......

Ordered several pairs for the cashback but were out of stock and getting money back was a sorry tale. Some very angry people.

Had no issues at all with mine, hdmi arc and evrything works well. I didnt set up alexa though but have set up samgsung smart things and updated firmware. Great speaker if you dont want too much base. clarity is very good.

Yes for tv and general watching but it lacks base for room shaking movie action. I love it because the voices are so clear with a dedicated central speaker. Its far better than a tcl 8111 atmos bar for instance . If you want sub woofer effect look elsewhere if you just want decent sound its ideal. Good for music also as neutral overall. (edited)

No dispatch email and yes it shows as "ordered and shipped" but it showed that straight after the order was placed so it means nothing at this point really unfortunately.

I too was waiting for mine past the delivery date (approx 2 weeks late) when they had promised they would deliver. However when I called them to check they told me my order was put thru manually over phone so it was not automatically dispatched!
Anyways they offered the next day delivery and got mine on the next day.
Give a call to customer service......black is in stock most of the time........just not visible on their website

U have to give from the soundbar they wont accept the box 1 as it is missing the last digit or alphabet

Not my first time.............I have used Samsung cashback before and received it fully(buds, S21 to name a few) and they have paid out so.............this is not like TCB where tracing & luck is needed............it is almost sureshot cashback as long as the Samsung T&Cs are met.

Also the soundbars are at a good price, I could not find it cheaper than £199(now increased to £249)...........if we keep the cashback out of discussion.
I was actually not planning to buy a soundbar but with this if I get 3 soundbars for less than £50 then even my other half wont complain! and that says something

So, I've just had a call aswell advising me of the same info, that they don't have any in stock.

I was also offered 1 black one... I asked if this would be price matched to the £199 and was hesitantly told yes.

I also asked if It was possible to stretch to 2 devices and after deliberation, got 2.

So all in £398 for 2

2 x £150 cash back plus an additional £50. So still managed to get 2 for £48.
