The screen looks so small on this phone.

+1, the San Francisco is a far better phone, easily unlocked & cheaper.

Screen is 240 x 320, which is below standard size. You would not see some apps on the marketplace with something this small.

The Orange San Francisco is a far better deal.

I used one of these in Carphone Warehouse the other day, it seemed alright but I'll never buy another Samsung again.
I heard people moaning about their original Galaxy or Galaxy Portal and ignored them to get the Galaxy S and its awful, the GPS is useless, extremely laggy and Samsung havent fixed either.

San Francisco has much better specs, but battery life on the Samsung is much better.
San Francisco is let down by its battery life IMHO.

Agree with spruceyb. Have learnt my lesson with the Omina HD.
Went with the San Fran, and am well happy with it for the price.

Don't get this phone, its £10 more for a FAAAAAAAAAAAAAR superior phone in ever way, the Orange San Fran (as has been mentioned)

reduced to 89 at carphone warehouse in ealing! its unlocked too!

The Orange San Francisco is a far better deal and it was a touch screen.
