Anyone used one of the full body protectors?

Are they any good?

just thinking a normal case may make it to chunky.

285 on eBay by ecell

May be 285 from ecell but they're an astoundingly awful company to deal with. I'd rather pay a fiver more and not have to deal with them clowns.

If you're looking for a phone in this class it doesn't get much better than this deal. heat.

Flubit offered it to me for 285 the other day probably get it via Flubit for 275 now.

Agree, used them once ... worst eBay experience ever

Does it come with a VESA mount? oO

Why is this a deal? It's been that price a while - even on Play.com it's £289...

Oh dear it appears I can't post the direct URL...

it's on simplyelectronics_dot_net web site

Am I missing something here? Is this a known "issue" web site?

Ridiculously large phone, no need. Not voted either way as seems to be available for similar prices elsewhere.

No need for you, maybe. Other people may have a different opinion.

8GB is poor.

Have ordered from them yourself? no? Why you want us to order?

Amazon is top class.

I've bought a phone from e-cell recently as they were cheapest for the particular model I was after.
Didn't think they were too bad. Took longer than I anticipated for the phone to arrive (just over a week) but their communication was ok - emailed them and got a response within a couple of hours

I think I'll check what Flubit can offer...

That would be why they call it opinion, not fact, you silly sausage!

And in all honesty, if it's too big to fit into a normal pocket, it's not a phone! oO

Just read ecell's negative feedback and you won't want to buy a stick of gum from them let alone something costing more than a few pounds

If you want a 7 inch phone then look at the Asus Fonepad for 180 quid. Not as good spec but if you want super large 3g phone and internet portability then maybe that's for you.

Personally think 5 inch is about right for pockets. Handbags may be different!

heat added. very tempered to flog the note 2 and buy the Mega....

I bought this last week, great phone and I was supplied the 16gb version, fits easily in my pocket but does attract some attention!

There is def a difference between this and note 2 but I'm not sure its worth the change given the costs involved, up to you though...

imsofly - cheers for the link - I guess I was being lazy - I should've checked myself...

£287 from Index Electronics (same link as above) fulfilled by Amazon. Tempted.

"Is that a phablet in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?"

did anyone spot the deal that came up last week, for about 4 hours, that was on offer on ebay? it got pulled pdq but was significantly cheaper from this and from a uk supplier who had thousands of positives... is it against site rules to post ebay stuff? or was it a brilliantly intricate mission impossible style scam?

Where did you get the 16GB version from? I'm tempted to give this phone a go for a change particularly with the high Note 3 prices currently but on the 8GB I tried out in a shop it seemed that it didn't have enough memory as only a couple of gigs were available to the user. I realise you can use a microSD card but Android seems a pain dealing with onboard memory that's too small.

John

Heat, Heat, Heat. I have a Note 2 and was in the mindset of getting Note 3. Not any more after seeing this big beauty :). Thank you satan x

warning 8 gig does not leave enough space for apps, you WILL be disappointed with 8GB, 4 gig is touchwiz alone!
