    You don't have to select the £5 collection fee, if your trading in they'll do it anyway.

    The delivery driver tried to refuse taking my trade in since he knows nothing about it but I showed him the link to my delivery update which mentions that my trade in will be taken. When I was signing to say I got my new item there was a question on there asking whether I had given my trade in so make sure your delivery person takes your trade in.

    Don't forget 4% cashback from TCB :-) So with Trade-in, £108, less about £4 TCB, makes it around £104. Seems a darn good price to me!

    The red one? That is exactly what I am trading it! Mine is still working, but the noisy 'fur' button stopped working. Not that we have any pets, but it doesn't do a very good job anymore! I hope this one will make my life easier)))

    Best now is £135. The 10% comes off the £150 trade in price rather than the stating £180.

    Received yesterday,seems ok , more like plastic made, any knows does it have anti hair wrap or something, I just seen few hairs wrapped on the rotating roller wondering is it picking them from the carpets or not, my Dyson use to be full of hairs that's why wondering, thanks
