Samsung is currently offering a £75 additional cashback on the Jet 75 and Jet 90s models purchased via their website and selected retailers (between 1-20 December).

Price on the website with student discount is £232.78, and £157.78 with the additional £75 Samsung cashback. Seems like a very good price to me for the Jet 75 model.

Please be aware that this only works with student discount using websites such as Student beans, Unidays or Totum. EPP websites are excluded andcashback is not possible.

    Oh and to also point out what makes this extra special is the 5 year parts and labour guarantee most cordless companies only give 2 years

    Not sure unfortunately, but I don't see why that wouldn't be possible. Help & Support terms section does not mention it specifically. Probably best to get in touch with samsung via their website if you'd like to be sure before purchase.

    I'd recommend contacting them beforehand to be 100% sure they will honour the cashback. They should. But I can see them claiming the FAQ stating student discount is eligible refers to ordering from a site and using a student discount code, not through the student portal.

    Agree, I purchased already.. According to DPD I will be receiving the vacuum on Monday. Will update the post as soon as I hear get an answer regarding the claim.

    This was posted earlier today and people have said you can't claim the cashback from epp website as it says in the claim form terms and condition

    What I would say is they have advertised it on the page and that should be the argument to Samsung if they refuse it

    Ordered v90 direct from Samsung,promised delivery now 5 days overdue and still no sign of cleaner.
    Part exchange offer very confusing on how you get it to them, help line says give to courier, any one else had a problem?

    Hope you get your package soon. I ordered the jet 75 pet. Delivery from Samsung went fine initially (in 2-days), but DPD delivery driver didn't deliver claiming they couldn't find the address. Package returned to Samsung. Now it takes them 48 hours to restock the item, then 5-7 workdays to redeliver the same product..

    My problem with all these new Dyson style vacuums is that they fill up so quickly. The old Henry hoovers took a few months to fill up.
