The phone doesn't appear in the refurbished list by default. And no, it doesn't have Android OS but the reviews are good.

No.

While the hardware is good for a mid-2009 phone, the software is comparatively pants. It's an almost-smart-phone with some nice features but it lacks the scale of expandability that Android has.

That said, the contract isn't bad (albeit for 24 months). If I needed a new phone, I'd strongly consider getting this deal, selling the phone for ~£150 and putting that toward buying a Samsung Galaxy (almost-new for £330-350 on ebay).

A million miles better handset and "only" £560 spent for the phone with 24months of contract.

you will not get 150 for the phone even if perfect
not sure what refurb is like but if fully boxed more like 70-100
phone is good at what it does but then there is alot of stuff it doesn't do

You are all correct. Three is rubbish. I finally got the Samsung Jet but the phone was faulty. 3 offered to replace but had run out of stock.
They offered me all below average phones for the price plan. And asked £10 / month extra for any decent phone. I've now cancelled my contract with them and will stay with my existing service provider .
