Now I know its 7k for a TV. But its not just any TV this bad boy has Dual Play which I am dubbing "Guaranteed Man TV"

We've all been there... there's a big game on or maybe you just got into a life or death situation in GTA. (Important man ****). But wait!... The missus has just stormed in the room "X Factor started 10 minutes ago!"

...of course like the big burly men we are we stand our ground ...and within seconds we are watching Simon Cowells ugly mug.

Well fear no more men around the world Samsung has released a TV to solve our problems

That's right you can have up to 30 people watching two completely separate things on the same TV at the same time!

I got the opportunity to test one of these out the other day and all I can say is its a revelation! Crisp clear picture and sound and you can flick between the two sources by pressing a button behind your ear.

Now its not just 7k for a TV ....its 7k to make you a man again! No more corrie, no more strictly come dancing, no more peter andre touching himself up. FREEDOM!

Would you pay 7k to be a man again? I know I would.

saw this at the Trafford Centre last week, awesome! Have some heat (although it doesn't seem to have warmed this up much .... pfft some people!)

Looks like a good deal for the latest technology. Out of reach for most hotukdeals users though.

Mad money but so much awesome.

How many do I need to order to enclose myself in a closed circle of TV goodness?

Heat for description and for the fact finally lighthouse keepers & people who live in windmills can properly wall mount their TV.

Great stocking filler - bought two.

YEP its a biggie - saw it 3 weeks ago in John Lewis Liverpool1
wont fit into my tent.

Old tech what are you talking about? OLED is not old its took them till now to be able to build screens of this size just a 3 years ago a 32inch was the biggest you could get, i would hardly class your 7inch headrest screens as a 55 inch OLED TV these size have been the HOLY Grail for years and can you bend you TV screen? i doubt it.

Theirs always one and don't forget the hidden brag about the Range Rover, how much was your car? a lot more than this screen i bet, i would expect 7 inch OLED screens in it.

Disco Dave

Or lazy football players

99% of them then.

I think these were in JL for a while now.

For 7k could I not just buy two televisions....or a new wife?

Why is he a bigot? Doing a Gordon Brown are we. I think most people are naturally fed up with people on huge benefits having as many children as they please all paid by the taxpayer. I'm not against them having 15 kids - although in this overpopulated world and island it's rather irresponsible to say the least. But let them pay for it themselves.

PS
I'm not against anyone on benefits as I've been there before, more than once.

Yawn. Oh, hold on, I guess it was the benefit claimants that caused the financial meltdown of 2008 and your obvious anxiety complex.

Silly me, must go read another tabloid I suppose.

Oh and please feel free to judge me based on my past posts etc.

Generalized judgements seem to be your thing.

We all wait with baited breath for your next pseudo, pithy comment.

....Or not.

Hello Santa! I have been good this year...

Was drooling over this thing in the Oxford St John Lewis a couple of weeks ago...

A shame it isn't capable of 4k resolution. You'd want something more future proof for 7 grand, surely!

haven't you heard? It is illegal to have more than 2 children. Well at least that's what my protestant neighbour keep saying to the Somali family across the street ;p.

Why would you spend this much on a TV when it's still 1080p?
Just wait for a 4k one, same size 4x the clarity and pretty sure the two I've seen will retail for £5000 so cheaper, It's a no brainer.

I understand how you see two different channels (3D glasses shutting off alternative frames), but how can you listen to both uninterrupted? Is it a case of me having to listen to X-Factor whilst watching footie, or Mrs Orville having to listen to footie whilst watching X-Factor:D?

Seems pretty pointless for anything other than Gaming (two people playing the same game simultaneously in full-screen).

Sorry, cold from me because I am not trying to be funny by voting a £7K screen hot.

No more corrie, no more strictly come dancing, no more peter andre touching himself up. FREEDOM!
Would you pay 7k to be a man again? I know I would.

You've sold it to me, where do I sign?

Regarding the sound, I guess one of you would have to use headphones (that would be the wife!).

So to benefit from watching two different programs, you need glasses and headphones - how convenient! ....if you can afford a 7 grand TV, you probably have a house big enough for a second TV in a separate room....

Strangely enough thats where I saw it too, though it was surrounded by a group of Japanese tourists taking a photo...

Thats not a racist remark, its factual. One was talking to the sales rep in English and they said they where here on holiday.

Though to the TV, this had great colour depth and dark black. You would think the curved screen would be a pain but its not. I'm not a big fan on Samsung but this does look great.

isnt the Samsung 55 inch 4k in JL for £3499?

The 3D glasses have noise cancelling headphones built into the legs - you just pop them into your ears.

I'm going to take back my freedom (and let the mrs watch xfactor and strictly at the same time)

I looked back and I can't find anywhere in his post where he actually suggested that they caused the financial meltdown of 2008. Blatant straw man created there.

Why would you even have to qualify that was not a racist remark?
Thats how worried we are becoming about anything we say nowadays, does my effing head in.
I'm off for a coffee with no milk in........

But does this telly have different jack outputs for the different audio channels corresponding to the multitude of video channels watched? No? Oh dear, it seems whoever can afford it will be forced to listen to X-Factor while manly playing their GTA fives.

and something to go with your telly:

OLED > 4k imo, and when we finally get OLED 4k sets, the prices will make most people weep.

I say as someone who has been enjoying an OLED phone for 2.5 years, and OLED tablet for 1.5 years, and has to put up with only an IPS monitor and plasma tv...
