Yes i noticed that before but that's with a voucher code and it's obviously expired now.

Don't forget quidco and purchase via Egg card for further reductions.

Quidco £17.73
Egg Card £14.77
£591.10 - £32.50 = £558.60

You could get it down to £558.60 delivered

Actually pc_tech86,

Quidco are doing a 5% promotion on TVs from Dixons right now, instead of 3%, so the quidco cashback is:

£29.55 (assuming it's the post-vat price...it might be the pre-vat one, which would make it £25.15)

And the egg card is 2.5% on the post-vat price, making it £17.73 saving.

Therefore, the minimum possible price is £543.82 (or £548.22).

Either way, it's looking like a bit of a bargain to me!

Thanks thekanester for the info.

Rep added.

Whats Full HD Ready? A bit misleading as this is Full HD , and not HD ready .

Happy?

Not sure factoring in an egg card discount should become the norm around here. We all like a bit of Quidco action, but we're not all going to sign up for a credit card in order to scrimp and save.

In all honesty, with the Quidco discount, this has been the going rate for a while so its not a deal to get too excited about.

(It is a damn nice telelvision in the flesh, by the way )

Great price. Heat added.

It's actually irrelevent - any TV which can display over 1280 x 720 via an HDCP connection is defined as HD Ready:

en.wikipedia.org/wik…ady

So it didn't actually need editing, just a better understanding of the technology :-D
